I came in the morning to pick up my prescription(s).Unfortunately, when I went to my car, I noticed a generic brand that I previously had a very HORRIBLE reaction mentally & physically wheb i first received it.I went right back into the store and talked about my experience with that generic that I had and how my Dr. would only like my original brand to be filled.The staff was very knowledgeable, understanding and had great communication when it came to my concerns. ??✨️They double checked the system for my brand and ordered it for me! (Comes within 1-3 business days)It turns out they had some on hand, after she double checked, and went to fill my prescription within the next 10 mins.They even made sure my insurance would have no issues covering this prescription, just incase. ??All it takes is communication, just be patient and ask what options you might have.GREAT experience for someone(me) who just wanted a little help.Thank you!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. First of all getting yelled at by them for an error they made and then they wonder why I’m asking for them to take responsibility for the error. Also the staff of crazy don’t get your meds here

The ladies at the register are always very rude. I don’t understand why they are always so angry. Their body language and gestures are always so ugly. I wish they would just keep that to themselves and say nothing. Maybe add a self checkout machine. I would much rather do that. I come here mainly for medication, I hate having to pick up something else for convenience.

I’m only rating one star because it is the only way I can do a review. I stopped in today to pick up a prescription and was greeted and treated very nicely and professionally by the pharmacy staff. However I was treated very poorly by a lady named Betty at the photo desk. I stood there and she looked at me twice from 10 feet away and refused to help me until I was reaching to push the service button. I couldn’t stop because I was in motion and I pushed it, and thats when she began to scold me for pushing the button. She got my photo for me with no problems but never said please or thank you. I just came back from Mexico last night and was treated extremely nicely and respectful by all the people in Puerto Vallarta. This is my first experience with a Latino person back in the United States, and unfortunately it didn’t go well. I am extremely disappointed and will only pick up prescriptions at this Walgreens for now on. Note to Walgreens. I know that it’s hard to find good people right now and I normally don’t call people out, but I felt I needed to do this review for the good of your company and your customers.

Only been here twice for Miscellaneous items, the staff was nice. Isles were a little crowded with boxes items so it wasn’t easy to walk through both times. Other then that the store was clean and fast check out.

I called Walgreens central and was told that walk-in vaccines were given for flu+. When I arrived they denied giving walk in appointments.

Pharmacist was rude. She seems to be having a bad day... every time I am shopping at this store. I started going to another nearby location and was pleasantly surprised to be treated respectfully and kindly.

Always a problem when I pick up my monthly maintenance medications. I get a call to pick them up but when I arrive the meds are always unavailable. I usually have to go to the store at least three times before I am able to get auto refills. Sometimes I have to miss two or three days of my medication due to their lack of efficiency. Worst pharmacy in town. Go elsewhere.

They don’t let you do a return even with your original receipt and within the 30 days of purchase. They refuse to let you return items that are eligible for return. This store doesn’t follow Walgreens return policy and they are extremely rude about it. I don’t understand why I can’t return an un-used, un-opened item with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Absolutely ridiculous

The pharmacy is horrid. The front desk lady is so rude! Not friendly at all and just gives the whole place a bad vibe. The other gals are not friendly either. Do not get your prescriptions here you will be disgusted with how you are treated. Managers need to do something!

The old lady is in the front for the pharmacy is extremely rude. She is terrible very terrible. She said she needs my phone number. I gave it to her and she started yelling'' I need your phone number not this '' ??? What's the world?? I was giving her the phone number she thought I gave her SS # ??? Being so rude and disrespectful the older customers when I was there. She need helps for sure and she is so overwhelming by doing the job by herself . I am in customer service as well. It's the first time seeing somebody was so rude like this . If I can I should give her 0 star!!!

I waited 1.5 hours for my Covid booster! I filled out the paperwork on line. They checked me in, and then they gave me the paperwork again. Then I waited 1.5 hours because the clerk did not tell me I had to bring it up, even though I had already checked in. In addition, they did not notice that I had signed up for the flu shot as well, so they had to get that ready. Be sure to bring your vaccine card, because they don't keep a record of the shots you received there. Fortunately, I had mine on my phone. What a mess!!!! Way under staffed.

I had scheduled online with Walgreens website to receive my booster for covid had a confirmation number showed up on time and was greeted by the rudest nastiest pharmacy clerk I've ever encountered! This man needs customer service training in general human kindness training!

Walgreens on this location needs to pick up its game management a little too weak and the managers are not really too nice at night I would not recommend this Walgreens location pick up their management and maybe they'll have a Fighting Chance in the future
