Walgreens pharmacy gave Me such best servicecever .on the one on Valencia. Today I wish I new her name. It was at 10:50 a.m. sat 05 31 .. I transf to this wall greens the service is great.!!! I don't know why . But everything.is always handled great. Never on hold . Today She answered. My questions b^4 I asked them . 5 stars is well deserved . Thank you wallgreens

The doctor called my prescription in at 4:30 p.m., and 28 hours later it still isn't ready. Good thing I'm not waiting for any life saving meds. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a pharmacy in my life. They close in 20 minutes, so my script will be almost 2 days old before they fill it. IF they get it filled tomorrow. Pathetic.

today i called to say i’ve been waiting on a prescription for 5 hours and it still says it isn’t ready the associate that answered rudely interrupted me and proceeded to tell me my prescription was actually ready, so so slow and disorganized

If I could give zero stars, I would. They hold legitimate prescriptions hostage even when they are NOT BEING FILLED EARLY. They are rude and DO NOT understand what a severely, debilitatingly painful disease WITH THE PAIN UNTREATED can do to someone's physical, mental and emotional health. They DO NOT care. You have absolutely ZERO RIGHT to play God with people's lives, nor do you have any right to practice medicine without a license. Because this is what they are doing. My doctor knows all about my condition and health history and has assessed me - have they? Have they done the procedures he has done and seen the damage riddling my pancreas? No, they have not. My doctor agrees that I need this kind of medication for my severe pain, and he wrote a legit prescription. Holding it hostage is in effect practicing medicine without a license, because for whatever reason, the pharmacist has decided that I don't need the med. HOW DARE YOU?

This pharmacy is the worst. They call you to tell you the prescription is filled but once there, many times it is not. They never call when they do not carry a prescription. I have talked to others and they say the same. Lazy pharmacists and clerks. Get the place out of the neighborhood. They are worse than CVS.

Horrible customer service!!! They sent 3 small children away because they didn’t take their insurance for the COVID vaccine. I drove 1 1/2 hours with a scheduled appointment to be told they didn’t take my insurance. I never was called to be told this or anything. The horrible women behind the counter didn’t even show any sympathy when I explained why we had to come so far and was now crying. This is a pandemic in the making yet again. I will NEVER use Walgreens in the future. They are horrible!
