Call the pharmacy today waited on hold for 45 minutes. They kept picking up the phone and then putting it back on hold over and over and over again without saying hello or can you please hold. And then after 45 minutes they just hung up.

Cashier lady who checked me out today at 11:30 told me God told her to tell me to let him in. Made me uncomfortable I am not religious I was just trying to run in and out. Like what does that mean? Am I Satan incarnate or something?
Pretty sure her name was Veronica.

I love Walgreens! This place has been a go-to place since I was a kid. It's a shame to see so many closing around town. Customer service is always great prices are really good and their rewards program is excellent. I would highly recommend this place to others. I can't even say I've ever been there and they haven't had what I was looking for.

Best Walgreens Pharmacy in Tucson. They always answer the phone, their associates and pharmacists are friendly, and they fill my prescription correctly. I just switched to this location, they had my coupon code on file and my card on file already - my drive thru experience was so fast!

What was so messed up was watching this cashier named "Taylor T." disrespect a customer for no reason. I even witnessed this customer try and talk with the manager lupe who was very unprofessional about the situation -in my opinion- which had me wanting to report it as well. As mentioned about the unprofessional employees, reporting that wouldn't have gotten far. To me Taylor may have a problem with being rude and unprofessional and he probably was trained that way by the store manager lupe who was the same. Very surprised because I always have a great experience with walgreens. Avoiding that location for sure.

Calling the whole day for refill of my prescribed medication but wait for 10 to 20mins in phone and no one answered,machine keep on telling someone called ahead of me until i hang up.That's the last time also i'd exeprienced,so i go there myself and ask for refill but they told me to wait for 20mins or comeback after 20mins.

I just moved here from San Diego not too long ago and transferred all my medications info to this Walgreens location. The pharmacy workers are nice & accomodating. Shout out to Ariyana or Ariana that helped earlier this evening! She was very patient with me and suggested/recommended the deals or coupons on Walgreens website for medications. Plus! they often have sales here, from snacks, home remedies and even wines! This Walgreens location is by far the BEST place I’ve ever been to ?.
