I have been suffering with a Hernia and was unable to drive to the store. Nick took the time to find the abdominal belt I desperately needed to keep me healing correctly. I am most grateful for the spectacular customer service 🙏

Excellent service in the Pharmacy! We were there late one evening close to closing and Oscar, the pharmacist, was the only one working and he was multitasking like no other! He was able to help everyone that came along and did it all in a professional manner and with a smile on his face. He was clearly swamped and kept his composer.

My only complaint is that I feel like a criminal when I’m shopping. Always that one guy standing there around cosmetic area when you walk in. Always weird overhead speaker announcements. Just a bad vibe at this store. How about just apprehending shoplifters and leaving the rest of us alone? When I first moved to this neighborhood I told the cashiers a couple times when I was literally witnessing a shoplifter and I just got a deer in the headlights look. Walgreens doesn’t seem to be a very good company to work for. But some nice cashiers, they just seem robotic and controlled by a yucky internal culture.

Always an extremely long wait time at the pharmacy both inside the store and in the drive through. Avoid this for your scripts if you can.

Pharmacy is incompetent. Had to go to the ER for a bad cut. Prescribed me antibiotics and sent the prescription here. Came to pick it up pretty much immediately so wasn't shocked when they told me I had to wait 40 minutes. Came back in an hour and they not only hadn't filled my script, they took it off the list to fill and filled another. All this with a hugely throbbing leg. To make it worse, the manager(?) clearly can't handle pressure. She told the staff to stop working on delivered medications for the weekend, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ALREADY A DAY BEHIND ON THEM. Her words to a staffer who didn't want to leave people without their medications, "I don't care if they're three days late (which they would be because she said no working on the deliveries over the weekend). That's the end of it."Jesus Christ, lady. These are people's MEDICINES and you literally said YOU DON'T CARE??!!??I hope nobody dies because of you.

I'm done with sending scripts to this pharmacy. If you can wait a day or two to get your meds then have at it. Seven hours later and they still don't have my son's Tamiflu ready. Last time I went it was a day after and I had to bark at them because it was 24 hours later that they sent my script there. THIS IS A WARNING!

The pharmacy is nothing but chaotic. They have little kids handing out medicine and one old lady with an attitude. I was told my meds were ready then when I get there I’m told that nothings ready and I need to call to have it resent. Then they proceeded to tell me I haven’t picked up meds with them since 2022 which is a lie because I was just there the beginning of this month?. I told her it was a lie and I needed corporate’s number, and she refused to give it to me along with her name. Told me I’m holding up the line and need to figure my stuff out and go at the end of the line. So instead of helping me out she wants me to come back around. So yea this Walgreens has definitely gone downhill.
