I have had 1 problem in 2yrs going here and it was taken care of right on the spot. This pharmacy i believe have the nicest workers you could ask for. Thankyou for getting all my medications ready for me on a timely manner.

I like Walgreens as a national franchise but this one location is about as sub par as it gets for this brand store. Bathroom closed
NO items one would reasonably expect to be found in health and pharmacy section. So limited on the items and brand choice in everything except candy and bath beauty; but that can be credited to Walgreens as a franchise again. There was just an overall mood of no helpfulness to be found anywhere in this store. You’re on your own here. I don’t know who stocks or manages this place. I didn’t think m this was a bad part of town but the way this store is zoned stocked and operated gives that impression. Not sure what they are afraid of—perhaps customer asking for assistance. The cashier was pleasant. That’s why they got at least one star.

I have a great service from the associate at the Walgreen at Ina and Thornydale . Vienay is very helpful and friendly to assist me with the scan and print the special size photo.
The next visit, I met Anna. She is knowledgeable of her photo shop which I plan to come back to work with her to order my photo book. I appreciate their services to the customers. Thank you very much !

what a waist of time I don't have!!! I had about 4-5 proscriptions filled by my Dr since its the first time I get these meds prescribed I don't recall all the names of the medication. when I called to transfer my prescription to this location. Suda the pharmacist was extremely rude and not help full at all no one loves to take medication but your taking them for a reason you would hope they would be a little more empathic willing to help. I had all my perceptions transferred over to the CVS much more help full.

terribal experience. that’s not one time whenever I go there lady who works at this branch tells me my other colleague is in the break. Only one person there is in whole store who manage photo cashier etc.

The pharmacy has gone down hill I was treated horrible I was very sick they told me I could not get my rx when I started to ask questions the staff huffed puffed rolled eyes and told well we are open till 8 I then had to figure out how to breath cuz I was waiting for an inhaler among other thing I later called to.see if my rx.was done and I went to ask a question the pharmacist hung up on me that would be mr mustafa to be treated like that when your sick is horrible someone needs to take a good look at who is working in the pharmacy

This place is a disaster. They will text you saying your meds are ready and when you go to pick up your meds, nothing is ready. They don’t care to even look into it for you. I had to call my doctor and she called Walgreens just for them to realize my meds were there the whole time. So I went back to pick up my meds and they still couldn’t find them. Turns out the tech wasn’t even entering my name in the computer to see what they had for me.

EDIT. Here we go again 3.13.24- Dr called in script on Monday, told yesterday we're "out of stock will be here tomorrow", call today, very rude young lady, "we have to order it so it'll take up to 2 days. Nevermind it's not a med you can just stop taking, no offer to help find at another location, nothing. Why does this pharmacy have to be the only one to carry it, there is ALWAYS a problem, literally every month. I moss the staff from years ago who had that place running perfectly, effectively and NICE!
This pharmacy has gone downhill. Techs are horrible, especially one guy. Take forever to fill a script and close at random hours. I was told they close at 10pm, lie, called at 7pm and they were closed. I was forced to go to this one yet again. Never get my meds on time, usually a day to 1 week late. Whoever is managing this pharmacy, needs to be replaced with someone who knows how to do the job. Beyond upset, this constantly happens. Oh and forget about the alerts that they supposedly send. Nope, they haven't in I don't know how long.
EDIT: Now here I am again forced to use this pharmacy since they are the only ones to have my medication. Dr called script in on Thursday, has been "in progress" since. Called yesterday evening to see why it was taking so long, maybe insurance problem that I can help with. No, the safe with meds is broken. Although she was nice, I was told that they "have to wait for a part from Phoenix and it isn't coming today. Maybe today I can get them", but why didn't I receive a call to maybe find some pharmacy in town, I'd drive across town because this is a med I can't just stop or I can have a flare up or death. Do they care, no. I'm so aggravated but what can you do when it's literally the only pharmacy on this side of town that has it! Absolutely no help to get the script transferred so I'm not in trouble, they just don't care and expect "sorry bout that" to suffice. Wish there was a no star like everyone says, they are very deserving of it.

This is a review specifically for the prescription department at Walgreens 3800 West Ina Rd. in Tucson Arizona. Yesterday 5/16/2023. After the dentist pulled my tooth, I was given a prescription and I called Walgreens at 11:30 in the morning after my surgery. They said that it is not complete and that they will call. I called again at 1:40. Not complete and they will call I called again at 2:27. They will call 509. They will call 523. They will call and 658 I called again and I was sent to a member of staff , they put me on hold. Came back on about 10 minutes later and Jessica said that she would have that done in 10 minutes. Why why what was wrong with yesterday staff it was amoxicillin!!!!
