The woman with dark hair and fake eyelashes working the pharmacy (pharm tech?) has a horrible attitude and customer service. When I told her I left my phone at home and couldn’t use the QR code to check into my appointment, she sighed loudly and said she would have to check me in manually. The whole encounter was just really unpleasant and she made me feel like a burden for just trying to check in for my appointment. She threw my insurance card back at me when she was done and walked away after checking me in. I don’t believe she has the character or intelligence to be working at patient facing job and handling people’s medications.

I hope the pharmacy tech or pharmacist (apologies-I believe your name might have been Amy? Long dark hair and lashes on a weekday at 11am) who probably thought she was just doing her job, ends up reading this. I had no problem paying $40. It was all I had that day, and we've all been there. It was no fault of the nice young lady who originally was helping me that it was $40-she ran my insurance. But this lady took the time when they were slammed to enter a different discount code and made my prescriptions $7. I don't like asking for something and if I buy it I'll pay for it. But I want you to know that because of people like you, the world will always have hope for the future. You made a difference that night, especially to a little boy. Praise God. He's never had to go without or want for anything.
But, he had been asking me for a cheeseburger all week, and I decided that I would pay it forward. I told him that his Dad, instead of paying extra to a pharma company, got you a cheeseburger instead, and more importantly, because someone else took the time to be kind. It will come back to bless you one day when he's our age reaching his kids how to take care of you. That's all I can hope for. God bless you, miss.

Good place to shop for Rx stuff. Also good for a quick trip if necessary.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I have been on hold for more than 45 mins, transferred numerous times hoping to speak with the pharmacist about a medication. Nothing. Only lame apologies if I talk with someone and continued on hold. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. No wonder Walgreen's is closing so many stores. They cannot hold on to the customers they already have.

This Walgreens is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is busy but takes good care ot their patients. I would recommend this walgreens location to others that I have been to in the past.

Terrible pharmacy experience! Dr called in Rx on Monday. Went to pickup on Monday, told it would be there Tuesday because out of stock. Called Wednesday and after 6 minutes on hold was told it wouldn’t be ready until Thursday. I asked if another Walgreens
near me had it in stock and was told by pharmacy tech “I don’t know but you can call around and check if you want to” Really?!?
Unbelievably poor customer service! Made it clear to me that getting my medication is not a priority for Walgreens.

Pharmacy SCAM going on. I have a 10 day prescription that they say my insurance will only cover 5 days, and I have to pay for the remaining 5 days ($50) out of pocket - or come back in 4 days with a "PA". I ask them what a PA is, and they say a Physician Authorization. I ask them "Isn't the prescription from the physician the authorization?". I tell them I will take the 5 days prescription and come back in 4 days for the remainder. They go to ring it up, and say I'm only allowed 1 days worth. After some debate, and them "finding coupons" they can use - they can fill the entire 10 days worth for $7... Which I agree to. It's the last $7 they'll ever see from my family. I've had the same prescription from other pharmacies, and never had any issue or co-pay amount due. We're using a different pharmacy from now on.

The pharmacy is extremely lazy and doesn't pick up the phone when you call and actually help. They don't answer phone calls at all. Sometimes they just quickly say hold or say nothing at all and just put you immediately back on hold. I was placed back on hold about 10 different times while waiting over 25 minutes. They refused to let me even say a word when they picked up and asked me to hold more. There automated system didn't work to check on a prescription so my only option was to speak with a pharmacist. These people are so lazy and very unprofessional. To the Pharmacist and pharmacy department you guys need to do better. Your hold times are absolutely ridiculous and constantly being placed on hold it just lazy. You either need to do something different or have a dedicated person answering the phone calls coming in.

Was immediately put on hold when returning THEIR call. Employee kept taking me off hold and putting me right back on without saying anything. (Probably because it kept ringing back to them) Waited 15 min before representative finally came on the line.

Poor service, staff appeared overworked, may need additional staff. Was told to transfer to another store if unhappy. CVS was closed so went to another Walgreens

Negligent pharmacy that may have caused me permanent harm! Always understaffed or late. Waited 2 days to get a medication, only to call and find out they had it the whole time but did not dispense -and asked me to come in the following day as they were closing. I AM NOW ON DAY 2 OF NEEDING MY PRESCRIPTION AND WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL DAY 3 TO GET IT. ITS A MEDICAL NECESSITY -NOT SOMETHING ONE CAN DO WITHOUT LIKE PAINKILLERS OR DECONGESTANT. WILL BE REPORTING TO STATE/FED/CORP. This has become unacceptable after months of late orders and now one that will have taken 3 days to get -I hope my infection does not become systemic and require emergent medical and legal attention.

This is the WORST pharmacy. The pharmacy manager Armando has ZERO customer service and focus on patients. I've had several engagements with this employee and it's clear he has no empathy, ethics and integrity. He doesn't focus on patients. Management of medications and understanding patient needs. filed a complaint against him and he has retaliated against me with future prescription refills. I've filed a grievance with United Healthcare / OPTUM and I'm working to ensure Walgreens in Arizona loses the United Healthcare contract. The store manager tried to help, but she has little view into Armando and how he manages the pharmacy. Clearly Armando feels he can treat people with distain and disrespect. he told my insurance carrier that if I didn't like the decision that I would have to take my prescription and go somewhere else. I will be taking my business somewhere else. IF ANYONE has to deal with Armando then I would recommend find a different pharmacy.

Made an appointment online to get flu and covid tested. The day of testing I was on time, even early, they were not busy, however I still had to wait in the drive thru for quite a bit as they figured out how to test me. It's like they had never done it before. Told me my insurance wouldn't pay for it, I'm still checking on that because after reading about all the insurance mix ups with others, I have my doubts. My initial appointment email said I'd receive an email after testing with myrapid test results within 30 minutes. It's been an hour and and 45 min and nothing. I'm sure my swab was pushed off to the side and will not give an accurate reading now. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
