The pharmacy has come a long way in the past year or so, you can tell it's better managed and everyone is always happy. They do a great job of making sure you're cared for. Highly recommend this pharmacy, especially if you've had trouble at other pharmacies in the area

It ok I guess. I have pretty low expectations for pharmacies. At least once a year they decide to take 3 months to fill my monthly prescriptions. This usually makes me sick, I'm diabetic. I usually call in to get my scripts filled. I get a text that they are ready. I get there and pretty much every time they say you don't have anything ready you'll have to wait 45 minutes. Which becomes an hour and a half. Often they say I don't even have a record of anything being called in. I think this is a planned thing so you have to shop in their store while you wait. I find it irritating so I won't take business here any more. Oh and a few times I've left with the wrong meds because I didn't look. I live so far away to have to come back is impractical.

Only reason I gave a 3 stars is because of the rediculous wait every time I go . The staff in the pharmacy is amazing very nice takes time to ask you how your doing so it's not there fault

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. After being at another Walmart Pharmacy for 7 years, we decided to transfer to this pharmacy because it was closer to home..... what a mistake!!!! In two weeks we have been unable to make a transfer to where things are going smoothly , the latest fiasco was being told medication was ready for pickup 2 days ago, followed up this morning with being told two medications were ready for pickup this morning and after arriving at the store was told they weren't ready and could I wait 45 minutes since they weren't ready for pickup. I'm not sure what the problem is and really don't care. I'm transferring my business to a pharmacy that is not incompetent

After asking to have my prescriptions transferred from another Walmart pharmacy in Tucson over 2 weeks ago I STILL do not have all of my prescriptions available at this pharmacy. I was told one of my prescriptions was expired and they wouldn't be able to fill that one. I was told that my doctor would need to send over another prescription. The previous Walmart pharmacy always just contacted my doctor when prescriptions expired this one does NOT do that. I contacted my doctor 2 days ago and asked her to send over a new prescription and she said she would. Two days this Walmart STILL does not have my prescription. This is the most incompetent service I have ever received. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a pharmacy that will actually be able to request new prescriptions from my doctor and will be able to actually transfer ALL of my prescriptions.

Made an appointment to get my COVID19 booster 3 days ago. My appointment was for 10:00 a.m. I was told to arrive 15 mins early to complete paperwork, which I did. It is now after 10:30 & I have yet to receive my shot. The lady who was just called said it took nearly an hour. Their system is incredibly inefficient. There are so many choices around town. If you can get your shot ANYWHERE else, you really should.

Trying to be full of grace during this time, but the pharmacy here has been so difficult to deal with. Prescriptions not filled when promised. Made an appointment for my husband's 3rd COVID booster & they were not prepared. They said the vaccine needed to defrost?!?! They pulled it out when he showed for his appointment. So frustrated!

You know what's great about this location the parking lot that is basically pure gravel with only a hint of asphalt left holding together the aggregate. If you leave the store with items in a bag in your cart they will most assuredly shake out and fall out and it's small enough we'll probably fall to the cart because no one's bothered to repave this parking lot since the store open. It's obvious that the store hasn't even bothered to chip seal or sealcoat to rejuvenate the asphalt

I love this pharmacy! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They've accommodated us when we've had emergencies in past. Best pharmacy ever, I'd recommend them to anyone.
