Another strike against ol' Wally World...SHOCKER! 🙄
Ran in to grab a bag of coffee. When I brewed myself a cup the next day, it tasted weird. Now, granted, I am well aware that this isn't a premium brand. I didn't expect such. However, I absolutely expect that whatever is on their shelves for sale to be from the current year. It's really sad that they rake in the amount of money they do and won't see fit to stock product that isn't expired.
Talk about a low bar. !!FAIL!!

I really, REALLY want to have better grocery bags! Quite often it is frustrating to open them. No other stores have I had to tediously open bags! The Walton's have the biggest profits of any grocery chain! They can afford to have bags that open easily. Stars are on bags. Still junky bags at Ruthauff Rd.
Bags actually open today than they used to.

You've got to wonder what is going on at this store as the employees seem to have given up? Thank goodness they have the self checkouts and no cashier's so ideally you don't have to talk to any associates while you're shopping. Unfortunately tonight I could not remember the price lookup code for filtered water dispensed by the gallon. I asked an associate who said one second, came back with a card and asked how many gallons I had and scanned it in. I said "that's not the price" "yes it is" she said and walked away??? WTF!? I signaled to another associate who came over and keyed in the proper price, kind of shrugging their shoulders when I complained about her attitude...¯\_(ツ)_/¯
EDIT 01-13-2025: Dang!! It makes you wonder if management has the ability to keep the food safe in this store if they don't even have the capacity to keep groceries bags stocked? Yeah, It's bring your own bag at this location today!

Would like to have seen more effort in the staff especially during the holidays in greeting everyone. I get it, long days and there’s not much energy left in us but that’s no excuse.

This is a great neighborhood Walmart, as it carries all groceries and a few other essentials. It's always been clean, and the staff are friendly (when you can find someone). It's an incredible shame that they got rid of ALL cashier assisted check outs and replaced them with self check outs, during the pandemic. It is a complete inconvenience for many people and I am disappointed to see that happening in my neighborhood.

3 of them working in the curbside with 2 cars waiting. Me being one of them. And after waiting for over 20 min I go in and get it myself. .
There are more people working than waiting and it's still too hard for them to do their jobs. It should take less than 5 min..
They have over 6 hrs to work out how to get it. Incompetent people are incompetent. It's one of the easiest jobs you can get in the world but ponytail guy has a hard time with it apparently.
