What a pleasure working with Isaac Alvarez in buying a new car. We were from out of state and stuck an hour and a half away with a broken down car, so everything had to be done via text and email. His depth of knowledge of the product was stellar. He was super responsive in getting back to us with answers and found the one car that met our needs. When we rented a car and came in, he had all the ducks lined up so we could go home with a car that day. He linked my phone into the car's system, and demonstrated all functions. He even called to see how we liked the car and answered another question! Ask for Isaac.

Had a great experience at the service department working with Peter! He is so friendly and laid back. Brought our truck for an oil service and explained (the best I could) symptoms of an issue we were having. From my reported symptoms, he suggested to start with a fuel system service and work our way up from there if the problem didn’t go away. That was so appreciated to hear during these stressful financial times. As soon as I left the lot, the truck was running normal again! Fingers crossed that was the extent of the problem. You took GREAT care of the vehicle and the turn around was impressively fast - I didn’t even have an appointment. Thanks so much, Peter, and all of you hardworking folks there!

If I could do zero stars I would.. costumer service is non existent, took my car there for some warranty work ,they tried all the sales trick they had to add on so we had to pay out of pocket, when we didnt want to do that, everything on warranty was conveniently hard to get due to "strike". We finally got the car back after 3weeks and it came back with ripped seat(its a full leather all around), oil spots all over the cabin of the car. And generally it looked like they could care less.This is supposedly a "respectable" business but I have never had to deal with amateurs like that.

All experiences are individual. Had a vehicle there I wanted to purchase. Finance guy is super nice. Still want to purchase the vehicle, there were some hiccups along the way so I came back to get my old vehicle while the numbers were worked out. The sales guy was kind of in the middle of everything and I was not happy by the time I arrived. The sales guy was difficult to get answers from on customization of the vehicle with things I wanted to do. He must of said something to the general manager.I was standing in the open area and the GM shouted to give me my keys because "I clearly have buyers remorse." When attempting to correct him, he again made his statement. Definitely not a place I want to spend my money, and will make sure everyone I know is aware that the general manager there has zero respect or professionalism.

I have sent thier service manager repeated emails about a part and have had no response. Couldnt imagine how upset I would be if I had purchased a car here and got this type of service (or lack there of to be more specific). My entire fleet ( tucson business owner you guys are ignoring) is chevy and im starting to regret this........Why make this reply about reaching out to you when my complaint was about reaching out to you and being ignored. Seems like im helping my community by letting the people know you ignore potential customers.

do not bring your car to their collision center. they did my car wrong even after working with pj the general manager. first time they tried to give my car back. they let all the rear impact bar bolt loose and painted my bumper a different color. i gave them multiple chances to get it right till pj told me to let my insurance handle with it. i have to bring my car to caliber to get their bs fixed properly. pj refuses to pay for my rental while its getting fixed as ive exhausted all of my rental with my insurance.

I purchased a new 2018 Silverado from this dealership. I have serviced and repaired my truck only at this location and the Watson Service Team has been excellent. Most recently, Mason Jacobs was exceptional at resolving a water pump issue. He was very professional, responsive and honest. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase of a vehicle and for your ensuing service and repair needs.

Thank you so much Watson's!!! I can't thank you all enough. Every time I get into my car, it reminds me on how much I hate Royal Buick next door. They treated me so awful, I've never been back there. I don't want them to even look at my car. You've gladly fixed (under warranty) the 3 sensors, the turbo & the transmission on a car that's about 2 years old. Wow!!! I will continue to bring my car there for maintenance & service. I will definitely buy my next car from you. You always treat me so professionally & kindly. Sadly... your neighbors at Royal Buick could use a little educational advise from you guy on: "How to give excellent customer service".

This dealership has had my car for over 2 months to fix a DC fast charging issue. This was a warranty issue that they could not fix, finally telling me that the vehicle was operating as designed and simply was not compatible with modern DCFC chargers. Then to add insult to injury they tried charging me for a new 12-volt battery, which I did not authorize and for which I would have gladly paid for if it had resolved the problem. When I questioned the charge, the service manager, Gabe Stearns, came out and started belittling me saying that I had authorized the charge on a phone call with a service advisor that I have never spoken with on the phone. Even if that were the case, who replaces a part in an attempt to resolve an issue and then tries to charge the customer for something that did not resolve the issue or affect the resolution in any way? When I called him on that and asked if he had a recording of the call he got even more shitty and passive-aggressive with me. He made some snide remark about my finances, inferring that I got what I paid for. Not sure if he thinks my car is crap, or that My car and I are crap. I told Gabe all I ask is that the vehicle be able to do what it was advertised to do when I purchased it. The car is still under warranty for Christ's sake. I was planning on looking at new cars while I was at the dealership, but there is no way after Gabe's little tantrum. When I told Gabe that he said good, He didn't want to see me or my car at Watson Chevrolet ever again. This man is probably losing Watson a lot of money.

I traveling to Tucson, AZ, pulling a camper and my 'change fuel filter' light came on. It was urgent that I had the filter changed before the next leg of my trip and I was leaving the next day. I made many phone calls to various shops and auto dealers to see if they could do the change that day. Everyone was too busy. I called Watson and the receptionist in the service area said "bring it in as soon as possible". At that time we were 5 minutes away just finishing lunch at "Firehouse Subs", another review pending for them. We immediately took the vehicle to Watson, got checked in as a 'walk in', got the fuel filter replaced, a multi point inspection, and out the door in less than 2 hours. Everyone was friendly, professional, and timely. If you are in the area and have a need, give them a try.

My son worked here four days. He quit and when he called for his check, the manager told him " We only have you down working one day and you are not getting paid for it. Sorry Nothing I can do ". My son an American, graduated high school here in Tucson, his company won't paid four days. Makes me wonder if they don't pay their employees hours worked, what short cut they take on clients cars.

Well I reached out to them today at 1pm and by 8pm they were too busy to get back to me to answer one single question. Called four times to talk to a sales manager and none could be bothered to take my call either. Couldn't imagine why they get so many one star reviews but I found out for myself. I will head on down to their competition and see if they wanna sell a car.Update... Even after they responded here. They still never called me. Be careful giving these guys your money.
