Wells Fargo Bank in Tucson offers personalized attention to help support financial goals, along with self-service tools for everyday banking. Customers can stop by or make an appointment. Several reviews mention specific employees who provided very gentle, nice, and professional service, answering all questions and offering extra help. These staff members are commended for their courtesy and for explaining processes in an easy-to-understand way, with some customers recommending the branch. However, there are consistent criticisms regarding long lines and wait times. Customers report that going inside often means standing in long lines with not enough windows open to move people along. This has led some to turn around and leave. The drive-through at Tucson locations also appears to be closing. While some employees are noted as friendly and trying to help, the slow service and perceived "who cares" attitude when it is slow are significant drawbacks. The overall experience seems to depend heavily on staffing levels and individual interactions.
I don't know how you guys stay in business you guys don't even answer your phone on none of the branches people trying to find out how much is it to open a checking account

Poor customer service and unprofessional! Made my poor grandma wait about 30 min and another time an employee tried to talk to her in the front area about her financial details where other people were waiting! She will not be returning to this location!
