Poor customer service and unprofessional! Made my poor grandma wait about 30 min and another time an employee tried to talk to her in the front area about her financial details where other people were waiting! She will not be returning to this location!

Been going here since 91 , they said they can't deposit or cash a 1 day post dated check ,its legal in az ,after standing in line for 12 minutes I was the next person waited 12 min, no wonder why there closing branches ,people are leaving

Drive-through is closed, but expect to wait in line at least 20 minutes and hear tellers get involved in the other customer's transactions.
Another concern is watching them tell other customers how much they can withdraw and how they should spend their money. It's clear the bank does not have enough cash to operate to handle small or even mid-level withdrawals. If I could never go here again, it would be a good day.

I have been a customer for many years but now that I am handicap it's a real inconvenience to have to go inside or the atm in a walker or chair, people are great and no bad experiences

They messed up when I asked them to *cash out* some $50 US Savings Bonds, and now I have no idea where my money is. They promised it would be in my account, which wasn't what I wanted, but I had waited so long for them to process the Bonds that I said ok, so I could leave. Now I'm back here waiting about an hour because they don't know where my money is either and a certain manager has to come back from lunch to fix this. To be continued...

So I go here often for business and today it took me 43min with 2 people in front of me 13 in regular line and that line still beat me even getting help very slow only 2 tellers and when its slow they are like who cares attitude really sucks. Ceos need to Undercover boss this frfr!!

This Wells Fargo is horrible, poor customer service and if your business they pull personal account’s first. They ignore you when standing in line when the female branch manager just stands in plain sight as the lines are long. Have stood in line in business side for up to 10 minutes. Then if you don’t want to speak they keep hounding you with a tone

Wells Fargo is on the way out business, it evident. No more bankers, no customer service. I am not able to solve a simple issue for over a month now and I can't even to talk to a person, they simply don't do that!

Worst customer service of all the branches, I waited for an hour to get help from a banker and nothing, no wait list to sign in, no one would even ask anything. The least they could do is have a wait list to sign in otherwise what's the point of having desks for the bankers of the bankers are not available to help. I just asked for help and there's no banker available.

All of the Tucson locations seem to be closing their drive-through and going inside means standing in long lines. There are not enough windows open to move the line along. I have turned around and left and I've seen others do the same. One person worked two lanes in the drive-through and moved people along better. I know this is not the fault of the employees. It also doesn't help to have a woman, who appears to be a manager, greeting at the door and offering to walk people to the ATM to help with their transaction. I would rather get behind the counter and open a window, or stay out of sight. She is friendly, but that doesn't help when people are unhappy about the long line.

No more drive up tellers, lines are always slow and out the door.
