I went to the bank in this location as I have done for many years and was served by a teller who I think is new, her name is Sierra, very poorly educated and rude.

Worst branch I've ever been to

I always stick to just utilizing the drive thru at this location. I rarely ever go inside anymore, over the years I've found utilizing the drive up ATM to a far better option, I'm not sure why, but utilizing the lobby tellers at this branch always seems disjointed and dysfunctional.
Like the majority of Wells Fargo branches, as a result of covid, the drive up teller option is no longer in use. This branch has both a walk-up ATM out front on 22nd Street as well as the drive up ATM in the back making it a fast option avoiding all the drama.

I like this Wells Fargo branch. The staff is really helpful and friendly and there usually isn't a long wait. I went to make multiple deposits and the teller was able to do the deposits accurately and quickly.

Manager was not willing to help me with a transaction after a mistake was done on their side.

Walked in to one teller working the merchant line. The customer seemed to have a difficult transaction. Gentleman next to her opens his line after a couple minutes. After seeing I had more than one transaction, he told me I needed to wait in the merchant line. There were 3 customers in the entire bank and because I had more than one deposit, I needed to wait longer. What’s the point of opening your window if you’re going to send a customer to a different line? I wasn’t asking to have the teller take me to the moon and then deposit this money! I left and went to the Broadway and Swan location since they know how to do their jobs and actually care about their customers. Avoid this branch if you can!

My husband made an appointment by phone to see a banker about a transfer. When we got there, they asked us who we talked to, and which was someone from their call center. Of course, the bank had no record of it and treated us poorly from there on. We then met with a trainee who couldn’t assist us with any services. When she finally brought the manager out, she refused to assist us because she “had to be available for the tellers”, even though there was no one in the lobby. I asked her if she could make the transfer and she said yes, but not right now, I have to make an appointment at another branch, because every one is new and I have to be available for them. While the manager left to make us an appointment, I scheduled one online in much less time than she had disappeared for. When she got back she asked if I had made an appointment and I said yes (because she had disappeared for about 10-15 minutes and I was just going to leave after making my own.) She then said that she would “clear her schedule tomorrow” in order to help me make my transfer and I said no , thanks, I’ll go to the branch I made my appointment at.In the 20-25 minutes she took telling us she couldn’t help us because she had to be “available” to her tellers and trying to make an appointment for us, she could have helped us in less time. And she wasn’t needed during that time to assist her tellers, The fact that she could make herself “available tomorrow” and help us while still being there for her tellers just proves she flat out refused to help us.I don’t know what Wells Fargo stresses in their management training, but it isn’t solving problems or customer service. Every thing we heard out of the manager’s mouth was “I can’t” or “no”, not, “here’s how I can help,” or “let me do this for you”. We did what we were supposed to do: we made an appointment to see a banker, and was refused help. The trainee even left my ID and my debit card sitting on the desk unattended while she and her manager disappeared. They never even gave them back to me. I had to pick them up myself because obviously they forgot they left them there. With this kind of inexperienced staff and lack of customer service, I would avoid this branch at all costs. And with this kind of service, they won’t be open long.

I've had to contact corporate as tellers run like a clique and basically refuse to help customers until they are done with their personal chatter. They simply tell you that the mortgage and ATM are serviced by a third party and offer no assistance. A modern version of Mean Girls with Guys. They need to close and the reason O do banking online

I don’t know what’s going on with this bank but it’s not good!!! You updated your hours a week ago and I come in to this branch from out of town and wouldn’t you know the drive through isn’t open! There are barely any branches that allow you access on Sat. and you have to drive around for hours to find one and it’s ridiculous

First of all, this location is not in a safe area and it is on a corner of a busy intersection. The parking lot consists of vertical parking stalls right in front of the bank. We came here to use the outdoor ATM. The ATM needs serviced or replaced! The buttons don't work. We had to push the buttons over and over again as hard as we could just to get some cash out! Would not recommend!
