Have used this bean h for over 20 years (almost across the street from my main clinic). They have in the past deposited money it's erroneously into other accounts and had to demand they redeposit that amount that same day ---they had initially stated it would take 2 days but of one yells loud enough at the manager in front of the other customers they do what they should have done from the beginning. Today they had the drive their lines closed and they Merged the business and non business customers together. I had to wait 20" to perform a simple deposit for my business totaling almost $10k. I had to tell the teller once at the window that I had requested to speak with the manger earlier and it still hadn't happened. I I formed him that it was unacceptable for a business merchant to have to wait 20" in line two make a business and stand I. Line with no. Business customers to be serviced. He stated that they were short staffed I then asked him if the financial value of my business accounts (which total over a million dollars a year) was the same economic value as a job business a count. He stated "I am not going to answer that". I understand that in abate t way people have the same inherent value but I except to be more efficiently s a business owner. Wells Fargo would have been applauded by the Chinese communist Party had they been present. I am done with Wells Fargo and taking my business elsewhere.

Went in for an appointment to open up an account with them just for them to tell me they are short staffed today and I have no appointment. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Went in to do a business deposit waited in line for 30mins. The teller (Alvin) was very slow and made me late for my doctors appt. They need to have more than one teller for the business line that way they don’t get behind. Should have quicker service maybe they would have happier customers

Everytime I come to this Wells Fargo I feel extremely uncomfortable because of the staff and the customers there. I am constantly treated as lesser than and disregarded. The security guard in front of the store treats me with no respect and frequently is off task and unprofessional. He is very unkind and the staff is very unwilling to help you.

It's time for me to stop banking with this corporation. I have been banking with them for 19 years. Not once have they made me feel like a human being much less a customer. I will probably move to a credit union
