28 people standing in line, tellers are slow. There are 10 teller windows but only two of them are staffed. Expect to stand in line for 30 to 45 minutes on Saturday. The is normal, Wells Fargo doesn't care.

Jessica is warm and sweet, the one star is for her. My husband and I came to open both personal & business accounts.We have a problem where my business TAX address and drivers license are a PO Box (Per LAW Statutes of the City of Douglas) which is not acceptable to open a bank account.I called for a manager to review to see if she was willing to make a call to HER boss since it is indeed the legal address on my passport, drivers license and all IRS paperwork.She refused to make that call stating she was the highest authority on business accounts at chase bank. I told her, ok, let my husband open a personal account then until I can research. She then decided she should “school me” on being “cooperative” though I had already said “ok, you can open my husband’s personal account”. She didn’t like me telling her that. She said “he’s going to need to talk” (he’s sitting right next to me)“She had no couthe, no calm and talked to me like I was her 8 year old about to get a time out. Her employee, MUCH her junior kept calm through all of this. She should be promoted. We have decided to open our business account at another branch to avoid Elvis Hernandez.Sure miss business banking classy customer service of the past. Cheery employees in bustling banks. Since COVID, lots of entitled people working in EMPTY banks.

Service at this location used to be great. With the new teller manager or whatever he is. I can see why he has a hard time keeping staff. Drop the "better than everyone attitude "

Worst service anywhere, staff is very friendly but not enough help and every transaction takes so long. Three tellers working this afternoon, two customers, 5 minute wait.

Worst customer service from any back institution. Why does it matter if the owner of the account is not present, I was only making a deposit. D*** f$&@ rule

Tried to get appointment online it would never accept my phone number. Tried to call to ask how I could get appointment and recording said could not accept call at this time. The Internet stated this way a less busy time. I wanted to open an account apparently you don't want or need my business

Rude and no such thing as Customer Service at this branch. Try to have a conversation with someone is useless as they repeat and repeat a canned message. Rather than listening to your issue. I’m done with banking here, will be closing my account after 20+ years!

Why don't you have a drive through anymore?? And there's only 2 tellers in the branch so there is always a line! For quick transactions this branch needs to open the drive through again!!! Very inefficient business practices

I used to like this bank. It WAS easy and convenient. I don't use it for my personal account but my job uses it for the business. Now it's more of a hassle to deposit anything for my job since they will no longer help you with small business accounts through the drive thru. The line is never long outside so I don't know why they changed it. It's always longer inside and there is only one teller for business accounts. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Came to this Branch because my regular Branch told me the only way I could see a banker was to make an appointment. This Branch said an appointment was an option but if I wasn't in a hurry they would get me in. They did in about 15 minutes and I took care of a simple add to an account with no problem. Elvia was very helpful and professional. Thank you.

A bank is not the place to go to socialize. The Tellers are told to socialize even when the line is to the door. So that's ok to take all the time finding out what you're doing for the weekend and what they will be doing, but don't go to the drive up if you are a business, I was told "we don't have time to deal with business" really!! One deposit, no change, and no socializing.

The banker said it was too late in the day to close out my savings account even though it was 4pm and there was no one in line. I am disgusted that they cannot preform basic tasks when they are fully staffed and I am the only person asking for assistance. I know writing this review will not change the company but I highly encourage anyone looking for banking services to find a different bank.
