Came in with my husband to close our accounts. Complete incompetence. Could not help us because one of six bankers had an appt in 30 min. (They were chatting at another co-workers desk when we came in and would not even greet us). After laughing when asked to prioritize our accounts to close in case there wasn’t enough time, the manager Clarissa came out and said we made her cry and said we must leave or she would call the police. We closed our accounts by calling the 800 number in less than 10 min. (After going to a different branch where they also could not help us despite many available bankers). We will NEVER do business of any kind with WF again. Horrible.

I already wrote a negative review on the WF on Oracle regarding our experience. I wont repeat it all here.
As a 37 year Premier customer, I couldn't believe the Oracle Branch was not able to complete our transaction of withdrawing money. I was able to get it out of the manager at that location their records showed my wife's driver's license was expired. We offered to show the manager my wife's renewed license. She declined, saying we would have to set an appointment with a banker to update their (not our) records. She said their bankers were booked even though it was 10am.
We left and booked an appointment at a branch about 8 miles away (Cortaro Farms Rd). When we met with the banker (Andres) and told him our story, we apologized for the inconvenience. He never spoke bad about the other branch, but it was clear he was thought it was odd they couldn't help us. It took him 15 minutes to update WF records. He then walked us over to the teller to ensure the transaction went through. He also set us up with an appointment with Kirsten (Senior Premier Banker). We met with Kirsten a few days later and reviewed our accounts. She was super helpful!

Waited in line 40 minutes. Ridiculous!! They need more tellers. Took 1 teller 30 minutes to complete a cashier check. Seriously..If you are looking for fast service...DO NOT go here!!!

Tried to cash a check multiple times. On the first attempt, the bank teller called me fraud and accused me of printing a bad check. The second attempt, the teller was less than help and deposited the check without my permission. After I had her reverse the deposit and the company that issued the check and had them correct the issue with wellsfargo, I was told to try again. On the third try, we were back at square 1. The issue with cashing the check lies with wellsfargo. They have not been any help so far in fixing the problem on their end.
If I could give a number of negative stars I would.

I had a terrible experience trying to cash a wells fargo cashier check. Had multiple employees that did not know how to cash it. They should all be fired.

This bank needs a lesson in customer service. Waited for 35 minutes just to be told I needed to make an appointment to open an account. I wish I would have gotten the man's name that worked at the bank, but he had multiple opportunities to greet us and ask what we needed but didn't. I have been to multiple Wells Fargo and NEVER need an appointment to do business. Please help this bank!!

The took funds from one of my accounts to pay for foreign currency
That was a week ago. Wells fargo never delivered the funds and kept my us funds

My son wanted to open an account because we just moved to the area from Germany. We waited an hour for someone to help us, despite being number 1 in the queue, we noted several bank reps sitting in their cubicles with no clients. They basically watched us get frustrated with the lack of customer service. We acknowledged that they could be helping someone online or awaiting scheduled appointments. However, we waited for at least an hour as others came and went through the teller line, but no one helping their only customer waiting for service. Finally someone came out and suggested we try to schedule an appointment for another day, go online or try going to another location. Needless to say, we went down the street to Chase Bank and was immediately serviced. Wells Fargo clearly is not hurting for new customers. They have lost our business for good.

So disappointed. I had a few quick questions about a Wells Fargo form and the banker I talked to on the phone was so unhelpful and not very nice either. My questions were easy if you're a banker. I kept asking her if she had the form in front of her and she said yes but it was clear that she didn't. It was also clear she didn't care whether or not she was giving me helpful information. Talking to her was a frustrating waste of my time.
