The lady with 18 uears banking experience had no clue that your made name is on the marriage license and either did the branch manager. So had to leave to try another Wells Fargo. This truly is a back look if someone with 18 and the branch manager dont know things like this.

I been here to looking for a notary, just walked in a no one’s attended until 20 some one asked what we need, then said just take a seat some one will attend, we waited another’s 20 minutes until we left, looks like no one’s working there they need more staff. Waiting for 40 just for a notary either no one’s there a head off me.

On Friday I needed to make a quick deposit and as soon as I went in the line was at the door. Only 2 tellers working. No drive thru. I couldn't wait cause my husband and dog were waiting in the hot car. So inconvenient. Why did they close the drive thru?

Should be open on Saturday but they aren't if you work a 9 to 5 you got to take time off to go to the bank. Ridiculous and they say the window isn't open because they are short staffed yet when u do actually make it on time there is 10 of them in there helping one person. Everyone take your money out these banks don't deserve our business.

I had a highly unpleasant encounter while attempting to deposit a certified check at this particular branch. I was subjected to treatment that made me feel dehumanized and discriminated against. The reason behind this mistreatment seemed to stem from my physical appearance at the time, as I had been working on an automotive project and had noticeable stains on my hands and clothing. It felt as though I was being unfairly judged based on my appearance, resulting in a humiliating experience. The branch's policy entails verifying certain certified checks by contacting the issuing institution. Unfortunately, this process encountered a glitch when a wrong number was dialed, despite the check being from another local bank. A hasty conclusion was reached by one of the employees, who assumed the check was invalid. Consequently, I was turned away, and a manager was called over to escort me out of the branch. This entire ordeal left me feeling as though I had been treated as a criminal, and it also led to an awkward and rapport-destroying situation when I had to address the issue with an important client who provided the check. Ultimately, the issue with the check was resolved, and it was successfully deposited; however, there was an additional problem on the interpersonal side of things. The branch manager communicated with me in a manner that left me feeling devalued, akin to how one might speak to a pet rather than a human being. As a result of this disgusting experience, I will be withdrawing my funds from Wells Fargo over the next several days. Furthermore, I intend to share my unfortunate encounter with my loved ones, encouraging them to consider doing the same. Discrimination and subpar customer service should never be tolerated, and it is essential to hold institutions accountable for their actions to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

AWFUL branch. Just paid off my $6000 credit card and the BRANCH MANAGER REFUSED to notarize a car title for me saying she was “just too busy”. We also recently opened another account and placed $20000 in it AND a business account was opened as well. Good luck Wells Fargo. We are draining our accounts and closing ALL SERVICES with you guys. Hire better people. I know nothing will be done about this because this is multiple bad reviews left. Maybe I can save someone else the headache of ever banking with your company.

Terrible service no one knows how to do their job including Myriam Evans the service manager and Vice President. If you don’t want to be hassled and teach the bankers on how a bank works I’d recommend switching to chase like I did after my terrible experience because their branch doesn’t know how to cash a state printed stimulus check , so if you don’t want to waste you time and energy there are 100+ better banks that won’t work just to pisss you off after work . Maybe if they found a better manger to manage and teach the workers how to do their jobs it wouldn’t be so bad. Bad management = bad workers and place

Horrid service, no one was competent enough to cash a state printed check , finally closed my account here and am choosing to bank elsewhere due to Myriam Evano horrible attitude, it’s not my fault she can’t train her banker team well , let alone have enough customer service to apologize for her teams failures , for wasting my time and her attitude was ridiculous and an embarrassment to Wells Fargo
