i had never been to this Wells Fargo before. since they all seem to not have tellers at the branches that can help you anymore, i decided to try this one out. it was a great experience and that's all because of Gina, the teller who helped me. first let me say it's a lot more personable without the "glass" partition. i was greeted when i walked into the bank and Gina smiled and took care of me like the good old fashion customer service i remember and deserve, for that matter. KUDOS to her and the whole staff for truly caring about their customers. please let Gina know how much i appreciated the wonderful experience. :) :) :)

POOR POLICIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.The Sabino, Tanque Verde branch in Tucson said that it’s now a 15-30 minute wait to see a teller. They said they’ve revised their policies and unless you’re there to see a banker (opening an account or loan), they want you to do everything online. As such, there will only be one teller from now on.After our lease ended, our apartment issued us a check in both of our names. We are friends and do not have joint accounts. The manager said this deposit couldn’t be done online, it must be done in person and he referred us down the road to the WF Bear Canyon branch.We arrive at the Bear Canyon branch, that is ten minutes down the road. We waited in a line of people who were also sent to this branch for basic banking services. After waiting in line, the teller took both of our IDs and witnessed our signatures. She deposited the check to my friends account. Then, she hands us back our IDs and she says, “they’re probably going to return this check”. She said unless I was added onto my friends account, the back office would probably return this check. She suggested we ask the apartment to issue a one party check. I said the apartment (a big well know corporation called Conam) has their own policies. If you’re both on a lease, this is how a deposit refund has to be used. So at this point we are both in trouble because his bank WF is useless and my credit union (MSUFCU - has awesome customer service) is in Michigan. Plus I’ve no used up half of my lunch hour on the only day we can get together during business hours.Years ago, I had a credit card and mortgage with WF. I had terrible service with them then. It hard to believe they’re still in business when they can’t do something as simple as provide customer service to an account holder who is simply trying to deposit a check.

Made a credit card payment. Teller was friendly. Payment was painless and easy. Location is very clean and well kept. Really weird though is the bullet proof glass considering it's location next to a pima county sheriff substation.

Very polite tellers and bankers which I appreciate but level of service in-person is extremely low for both my business and personal accounts.

Needed one roll of quarters. Waited 15 minutes and had to leave. Ridiculous. Two girls and only ones acting as a teller. They couldve asked what we needed to expedite things

7.50 fee for not banking with them ... Wells Fargo just gets worse year by year . What happens to appreciating the customer? I understand you need to charge fees, but you get nothing in return from this bank. Nothing! They just take take take and do it with a smile and a #$%^ you

It's a bank. Not much else to say. Some may think that we all have to bank somewhere. This branch needs a drive up ATM. Location hours may have changed due to pandemic. I'd call ahead if you need to meet with a representative.

Went in to get help with a transfer because the app wasn't working. 30 minutes before closing. So they would have had time. But the lady told me to just call because they were closing and just kept making excuses for me to call instead of actually helping with the transfer.

They were great until Covid. Temporarily closed now but while open they had one teller and one on the drive through and two guys standing around doing absolutely nothing but telling people to wait outside when they could have been helping customers. They even told an old lady (probably in her 80's) to wait outside when they had many empty chairs and desks she could have sat at. She would have been at least 15 feet away from everyone.
