It is a financial institution. Been with them for a minute. Perks of being an account holder are very few. Good for using money sending capabilities and free bill pay. Besides needing somewhere for my direct deposit to go, i don't have much else to day about WF.

This store has been absolutely wonderful. They know me by name and always have a smile on their faces. Industry leading customer service at this location. I've moved since then and went to a new location where the people there are extremely rude .

Worst customer service I've ever seen I was accused of bank fraud by one of the tellers I had had an account with Wells Fargo since 2007 n I'm closing it because of what happened to me here I wish I could leave a negative star rating

I took out a personal loan with Wells Fargo. I have great credit and it took 15 minutes on the phone and a trip to Wells Fargo on Sunrise to complete the loan. I had to have auto-pay to get the great rate..of course there is alway a stipulation!!! I agreed to it. My first payment was due 2/20/2022. I went into check to see that it was all set-up on the 19th. I was late paying even though I am on Auto-pay and it was only the 19th! I called and of course the loan department is not open until Tuesday because of the holiday. I spoke with a banker who left me on hold forever several minutes and knew she it was their fault but could not help me. So I had to pay double the payment!! They do not account for holidays and I got screwed.. I am beginning to realize why they got into so much trouble!!! Thanks Wells Fargo for ruining my weekend!

Ive ended up using this ATM since it is close to my condo. It is safe, well-lit, and the area is clean. Plenty of parking too in a very large center.

The staff at this branch have an attitude. I spoke to Brad about a shared account with my husband and he gave me an attitude like women and men cannot have shared bank accounts!

Signed in and waited 40 min and not a single acknowledgement. Why would you put a sign in clipboard and not check if customers are waiting. The tellers saw me waiting. It's pretty unbelievable.

Always get great service at this branch. They remember me and my little girl by name and are always very quick and helpful. I prefer this location over all others in town. Never seem very busy and won't keep you waiting

This is the only bank and branch to use. No discussion. My wife and I have recently moved to Tucson from back east (I like that term to describe 30% of the Country) and opened several accounts at this bank today. First, let me inform you that Karen Kabakoff is the branch manager and did an outstanding job. She confirmed to us by her actions (not words), manifest attitude and products being offered that we were in the right place. No smile and hand-off to a subordinate. See this woman with all of your banking needs, without fail. The mechanics of opening the account(s), delivering the final product(s) and our needs being met was done by Joshua Volner-Personal Banker II. He performed way above any performance criteria which could be established. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of the products available and suits them to your needs. He has a personality (learned or otherwise) which fits smoothly with dealing with people. Very good, very professional (I avoid using that word too often), and at the head of his class. We started with him at 12:30 PM and ended at 3:30 PM. He is smart, was dedicated, tireless and did more than a commendable job. See this guy and your needs will be met. If the bank can do it, he will know it and how to do it. Now, at the end of the story, Sharda handled the tedious task of the out-of-state deposits into the various accounts. She did this seamlessly, expeditiously and with close attention to my understanding what is going on. She executed this professionally and completely in the most balanced and informative. Job well done by all. If you need any banking or services, and live in the Catalina Foothills, go no farther than this. You will be well taken care of.

Made a deposit and the teller asked if it was okay if the manager called me to discuss a better savings account with higher interest savings. I Said absolutely and confirmed my phone number.

I requested change for $10 bill to quarters. The teller handed me a roll with one end slightly open. I did not count because I think it is a roll. It missed one quarter when I go home and open the roll. I called the branch and reported the issue. They don't care.
