I've been with Wells Fargo 40 years and worked with them 32 years and I have several accounts with a positive balance and my mortgage there. Interesting they will not cash even a small check payable to me. I am an established long time customer. When I worked for Wells Fargo it was important to provide the best customer service. Times have changed Wells Fargo doesn't care about customer service or customer retention.

Really poor customer service here. You would think they would value their customers, especially those that have been banking with them for years. But it seems that don't care that their customers have to wait for them at their convenience!

On June 28th my mother who is of Asian descent called in early in the morning to set an appointment because she part of an age group that is not tech savvy. The branch manager named Leanne Estrella answered the phone and said she will call her right back. Hours later and no call my mother drove to the branch and asked to make an appointment which was not taken care of right there and then. Instead, the same manager told my mother to leave or else she was going to call the police on her for not leaving the branch...??? A customer of more than a decade at this particular branch was threatened with authorities for what? This is a pure act of evil and racist employee who has very little power and likes to abuse it. I myself had a negative experience at this branch myself when I need a document notarized. This branch also has 1.08 score on the BBB.

Its bank. The lines for customers both inside and the drive thru move differently all the time. The staff are friendly and professional. Been coming here for yearsssssss....

Nothing but trouble. Fraudulent accounts opened after the death of a relative, numerous death certificates required. Disbursements to survivors required the beneficiaries open accounts within Wells Fargo. Total sham.

Pull up to the drive thru @ 2:01 and the lady at the window i formed me they are closed. 1 minute late and they're still at the window and wouldn't help me. If they worked for me they'd be fired.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 1991. I am very displeased with their service. I am fed up with being charged fees for everything. They have mistakenly charged me with too many over draft fees and of course it is never their fault. I'm done banking here. As soon as I get paid on Friday I will be shutting down my account and taking my business elsewhere. I did get the help of a very nice banker, Rasheed, at the Oro Valley location on Oracle by Target. He was most gracious and helped tremendously in getting my money back to me after I was rudely refused it by a banker over the phone. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Even my relatives have stopped banking here. They are outrageous and rude and have no cares for the customers who support them. Good riddance Wells Fargo and shame on you.

Literally the best bank I've ever been to. Wells Fargo in general is better than the rest but this particular location is really on top of it. The bankers know their customers and care about their lives. I've had great conversations with the employees and they are always quick with a solution to any issue or question. I'll never bank anywhere else.

I bank at several places and have found Wells Fargo to be my favorite of the big banks. I have banked there for about 20 years. The staff are friendly and helpful. Customer service seems to be a priority there. Plus I like the online banking and billet the best of all the other banks.

I've lived about a 5 mile radius of this location since it was built. So I consider this "my bank".... They are always polite, efficient, it's clean, and never have an issue. I feel like this is the bank where I go when I know I'm in a hurry because I'm always sure they will get me in and out in a jiffy!!!! Staff has changed over the years, but unless you've been banking here as long as I have, you would never notice because everyone treats you the same!!! Consistency is key here!!!! Thanks for making me not dread going to the bank!!!
