It's stunning how cavalier WF is about customer service. I had a 3:30 pm appointment to upgrade my account and I showed up at 3:39 pm. They told me there was no one available to help me. There were multiple staff who were sitting or standing around and completely useless. I'm reminded why they have so many law suits and why I'm moving my banking elsewhere.

5/25Hey I want to thank you folks at the Tanque Verde / Sabino Canyon Branch.I arrived just seconds after four (closing time), for ignoring me as I politely tapped on the window, and I needed a cashier's check.There were two people behind the counter, I know they heard me and no one bothered to look up or explain possibly another option. Your customer service sucked!And don't hand me this B.S. about covid and how tough it is to find employees...I've been an account holder for over thirty years and seriously need to move my account to a bank which shows respect for their customers!

Horrible location. Often has one person working the counter at peak hours with a long line. Drive-up windows never open. Not only a security risk to me, but unnecessary because the managers at their desk just sit and watch upset customers, doing nothing the solve the problem. Entire management needs to be fired and the location closed. This has been an issue at this branch for a long time.

Great customer service with Market CD prices and simple checking account opening! I 100% recommend this branch, and will go to this bank over any other branch!

Rosa is the best! She’s so sweet and knows what she is doing and at the sameTime makes the process fun. The tellers are so nice. I See this location has some mean reviews, but I have been here multiple times And my fiancé as well and every time and it’s been an amazing experience. I really recommend Rosa and I really recommend this location is the best bank I’ve been to in a long time.
