I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since 2012 and I have never had such a negative experience or seen such vindictive and petty behavior from the staff. While making a decent sized work deposit check I was borderline interrogated by the woman at the reception about “what are you using this for” ect. Very hostile. I stated it’s not an unusual check for me to deposit and it was going into my checking account. I left a review about my bad experience, I then received a call from Branch Manager Mia Evelyn Lynn about how they were following company policy, which I didn’t agree with the ethics of and I informed her after my bad experience I wouldn’t be visiting that particular Wells Fargo again. Fast forward to today, and I now have an alert that there is a deposit hold on the funds until the 13th of this month (over a week from now and was meant to clear today). I have never had this happen before. I think I have an idea why this nonsense was pulled and am beyond appalled. Very unprofessional.

I've been to a few other Wells Fargo locations in town, but none are comparible to this one! Be sure to see Simon well you're there, he's very polite and helpful!

The tellers are really nice, I've been going to Wells Fargo since 1982 and this particular one for over 14 years.
I've had from time to time need for notary. I've always hand written my document or letters. One of the bankers informed me it would Have to be typed they don't accept handwritten. I was quite surprised 😯 didn't know what to do?? He offered no help.
One of the ladies ran up to me as he was leading me out the door. She said try UPS which was a couple doors down. They did help above and beyond. The lady at UPS really helped. I also Thank the lady at the bank.

Great service from knowledgable and understanding Jason!
Was able to create checking and savings account.
Very exuberant member of staff brings a great atmosphere to the bank. Rest of staff also very good.

What a joke, they close at 4pm and don't open until 10am. And Wells Fargo's website and app are so broken you HAVE to go in person for wire transfers, etc. So glad I switched to a credit union that actually pays me interest instead of stealing like Greedy Wells Fargo does

I recently visited this branch, I entered the bank to negotiate a check and was immediately and warmly greeted by Victoria R. upon entry.
I found Victoria to be highly professional and extremely personable while completing my transactions.
Victoria, exhibited the highest standards of customer care, something seldom seen in the post pandemic world.
Meeting her and dealing with her as my personal agent was a real treat.
How refreshing.

It is a financial institution. Been with them for a minute. Perks of being an account holder are very few. Good for using money sending capabilities and free bill pay. Besides needing somewhere for my direct deposit to go, ai don't have much else to day about WF.

Been with Wells Fargo for years, and this bank for 5. We walked into at 3:23pm to open our joint account. We were told no because it takes 30 minutes to open an account. I explained we had 34 minutes and the women with terrible customer service said; oh well you have to make an appointment, when there was no one in line and there were appointments open. So we walked out.

Absolutely the worst bank but this branch was extra bad. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and they seemed shocked when I walked in, said they don’t do that service, and acted like I did something wrong. The manager had no interest in talking to me or trying to make it right. The banker who had the misfortune of being on the floor was apologetic and tried to help but we all know this huge bank doesn’t care about customers or employees. (They sure did call quickly when I transferred a bunch of money to a different bank though.)Moving my money and services elsewhere.

Will not answer the phone & appointments won’t go through online, and the notary here was unhelpful. I’ve used notaries in Texas, North Carolina, and Colorado and never had an issue before.

My mom and I are very thankful to have worked with these wonderful bankers who helped us with a complicated process. Omar Hernandez, the branch manager was very kind and knowledgeable. He took his time with us and made us feel heard with our complaints and frustration. We also worked with Cheyenne Cassill who also was very caring and took time to help us. This branch is #1 in service. We highly recommend this branch.

I met with who I thought was a personal banker to change some features on my account. His name is Omar and he was so kind and thorough in not only helping me but in explaining things to me.Come to find out he is the bank manager.At one point another customer was yelling at a teller and Omar politely excused himself to offer assistance to his employees.It was refreshing to see someone not only help someone else in need but to ensure that the branch was safe for everyone there in that moment.
