They discriminate against married women. Refused to allow me to withdraw money from my account due to my maiden name being on one account and my married name on the other. Jose Cervantes is absolutely horrible, and gave me the number to CHASE bank to file a complaint against him.

Needs new management and some serious coaching on customer service came in to try and get information on a loan I have with them and was not even given the time of day. I’m refinancing at a better rate with lower payments somewhere else now. Take it from an ex-customer don’t even waste your time here.

Unprofessional and lazy. The different departments don’t communicate with each other effectively and I’ve been forced to start over everytime I return with their ever changing requirements simply to close an account. This is specific to this branch in Broadway. Just horrible service
