I have 4 business accounts and 2 personal accounts with WF. I was a victim of a scammer on one of our business accounts and they froze all of my accounts and said they were closing them all. i went to this branch for help and Alyssa was extremely helpful but could only do so much so I asked if I could withdrawal money out of my account to pay my employees and was told me yes. So I went to the tellers DIANE and KIM and Diane first off told me I wasn't allowed to fill out my withdrawal slip except in front of her like I was trying to pull a scam on her. So I did and she put my info in then called Kim over to show her something. They refused my withdrawal even though I had the fraud department giving them the ok saying this was not our fault. Diane was extremely rude and treated me like a criminal even though I was a victim. Kim was a bit better but she was the one who ultimately refused me withdrawing my own money out of my account even after talking to the fraud department who told her they were removing the alerts. I have never been treated so horribly at a bank. WF corporate has reinstated all my accounts but I will be taking my banking business elsewhere. I am in utter shock by how I was treated. It is a horrible thing that happened and instead of compassion and empathy, Diane and Kim acted like I was the scammer. Truly unbelievable

Worst location I have ever been to

Every time I’ve come and needed assistance I’ve had excessive waits and bad experiences. Today me and another couple were waiting for 30 minutes while 2 woman coached a man on not getting the Wells Fargo values across in his interaction.. meanwhile I’m here because one of those woman messed up on my notary last week. Customer service should be priority and the coaching could have taken place later

Discriminated against at this location
In my opinion. I believe my interaction had a whole lot of discrimination happening.
Even though I had the funds in my account equaling the the check I was there to cash (an insurance check so it was clearly and easily viewed to be real) They would not let me cash OR deposit my check. I went to this location and originally they said “I don’t think we even have enough funds to cash this check” hmmm isn’t this THE BANK?
So I said, I’ll take a cashiers check instead. Then they had to “verify me.” Well the verifying had me there almost 40 mins. When it was all said and done, the older white lady told me they couldn’t cash OR DEPOSIT my check into my account. She said “she has to call my insurance company to verify it was real but they were “closed” (it was 3:00) after writing all over the back of it. I then asked, “is the next bank I go to going to accept this after you wrote all over it?” The response was, “I’m not sure”
I’ve Been with Wells Fargo for over 13 years and have deposited much more money in this account then this lil check amount and have NEVER had issues with any other Wells Fargo.. I believe if I was a white man in a suit this would have never been an issue. So in MY opinion this was a discrimination situation and I will be filing a complaint.
Ps. I went to another Wells Fargo shortly after and they got me in and out in 5 mins with the same transaction

Misinformation three times in a row to do a simple transaction. This branch has caused me several lost hours of work and I still can't accomplish a simple account task. Wells Fargo is terrible in general and this branch is no exception.

It is the worst Wells Fargo branch. Unfortunately it is right across from where I live. So when I want to conduct a transaction I can walk across but I get into my car and go to a different branch. The moment you step inside they make feel like trash. They come and interrogate you. Wells Fargo is the worst bank of the big banks. They have limits on how many times you can pay credit card online and when you go to the branch, they come and question you and not in the friendly way. The branch at Orange Grove and Oracle is worst. Why don't they just close it?

So glad I switched to OneAZ Credit Union (where they also actually pay me interest instead of effectively stealing from depositors by keeping the interest like greedy Wells Fargo does). Unbelievably bad service here at Wells Fargo--nothing works online, you can't send a wire transfer unless you schedule it long in advance, etc. Wells Fargo thinks they are entitled to your money (at zero percent interest, mind!) and they take their customers for granted. No wonder why people are switching to mobile banking or credit unions. It felt good to slam the door on this horrible bank.

Have been banking with Wells Fargo for years. They have many locations for easy banking. The online app is awesome and you can do everything on it.

I have been trying for over an hour to reach someone by phone just to ask if this was a location I needed to go to for a specific reason. No answer after 15 calls. Called service center who tried calling the branch, no answer either. They suggested I drive to the bank walk in, make an appointment for a different time. Leave, come back home, then drive back up there when it is my appointment time, to ask if this was the proper place to talk about my investment accounts. Because no one could tell me if they have an advisor there.

You can never establish a relationship with the employees as they constantly have change over. Very disappointing with the level of service. After 47 years of banking with WFB, it's time to leave. They want customers to use online features or ATM and not the branches for in person transactions.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Wells Fargo kept paychecks as pending due to the ACH issue for over a week and refused to release even partial funds. They also promised that bills on autopay would be honored, but instead denied them. When I went into the branch to address the issue I saw an African American man being treated disrespectfully by a racist teller for the same issue with the ACH. I was appalled and disgusted.

Once upon a time Wells Fargo was the leader in guest relations, but sadly lip service is the option currently available as customer service clearly no longer exist at this Wells Fargo branch. On today's visit, once again the drive up ATM has issues and wasn't accepting deposits.Wells Fargo might consider balancing an increase in ATM servicing to offset closing all of the drive thru lanes.Seriously Wells Fargo, please pretend you actually care and strive to do better....

So dissatisfied! We've been customers for over 30 years. They are no longer open on Saturday. There's no drive up customer service. When I went inside to cash a check my debit card was expired. They usually send me a new one in the mail. I was told it was cancelled with no explanation. The teller said a banker would call me. When I tried to call her back I couldn't leave a message and the recording said "goodbye". She finally called me back, said she would send me an email with information I requested (I never got it) and promised that she would call me back when she saw my number because she didn't have voicemail. That never happened after numerous calls. Very disappointed.
