Sep 26th. Had an appointment at 12:00 noon. Got there at 11:45 am. Noon came and went, waited and waited, Asked where Michelle was for my appointment, Told, she was out too lunch, eating appears to be more important then me. They gave me some trainee to handle my $100,000 CD I needed to reinvest. Could not help me.... read full comment

Lost a $100 at the atm. I was depositing $150 to the atm said it only read $50 I wanted to return my money and it only gave me back the $50 bill and ate my $100 bill

I have been there several times and most of the staff are either ignorant of basic banking or extremely rude. It is unfortunate that you trust your money with individuals that lack professionalism and basic kindness.
