Just another scamming family owned shop. Unfortunately there isn't a setting for zero stars. I am the daughter of one of their customers who is also going to submit a complaint. The internet is spotty and shuts off a lot. We call to ask why and they never know. I had a computer that for some reason the WiFi wouldn't connect to. They literally told me to just get a new computer. Like I could afford a whole new monitor, tower, and gaming set up so that the WiFi works. Rude service, as they answered the phone after hours and then told off my mother for calling them saying it was a Sunday night and they wanted to leave work. They then hung up on her and didn't care about her issue. My mom was trying to sort out a payment that they said she supposedly missed in 2021. If that was the case why didn't they shut off the WiFi then. Why shut it off now. Whoever does the accounting should be fired, worst accounting work ever and has to be told countless times how our automatic payments work. We've already switched over to Cox because they randomly cut off our WiFi to obviously try to get more money out of us. For me it's finals at the University of Arizona. Thanks for making it so hard to get WiFi and for complicating a college students life. I hope that you stop scamming people after seeing this post.

When moving here we searched for good internet nothing was available in our area above 10 meg this is crazy as we are in the city! Western communications is outstanding with customer service. When you call you get a real person and they do what they can to help you get what you need! They are great and the service is as well!!

I recently set up internet service with Western Communications and am very pleased with the level of customer service. I much prefer to use a small local business such as Western because the people working there actually remembered me when I called with a question. Some giant company doesn't know you and it can take so darn long to get a question answered. Shout out to Gary and Susie for being so helpful!

I am very impressed with the internet speed which is faster than DSL by CenturyLink here in Tucson and works consistently for me. Solid internet connection with no data limits! I am on the lowest price tier and it's plenty of bandwith for me to watch videos without buffering.

Love working with family owned small businesses! This business is no exception! Our internet connection is everything we need it to be and the customer service is impeccable. With the recent winds and rains we did experience some issues but David was out within hours after my call (no next Thursday between 2-4 like big cable companies) to fix any issues. Went so far as to call after hours during another rain storm to ensure that everything was ok. So nice to do business with people who actually care. Highly recommend!

Internet slow and cuts off even with their best package. It cuts off 3 to 4 times a weeks leaving me to unplug router and plug back in. It's frustrating seeing everyone's reviews saying that they've answered after hours given when I'm working at night and the wifi cuts out and I call they never answer. Not to mention my side business which is game streaming is at a haul because the internet is nowhere near strong enough. I've called plenty of times and nothing has changed. The fact that they said my plan would be able to cover that and it can't even load Facebook in a timely manner. Kind of feel robbed out of the 375. I hope this review is seen by the office and some kind of action is taken.

Outstanding internet provider. Customer service is top notch, they respond in a timely manner, even after hours, and return missed calls. The true test of a quality company is how they handle unforeseen problems, such as outages caused by weather, and this company is always fast to respond, troubleshoot and repair their network with the focus on servicing you, their customer. You already know the kind of generic, uncaring, hours-on-the-phone, stuck in menus and on hold lack of service you will get with the nation-wide ISP's, and Western is completely on the other end of the customer service spectrum. Couldn't be happier that I am a Western customer.

I had a problem with my internet connection. I called and was answered by someone right in the Tucson office not an offshore call center. They came out promptly fixed the problem. There rates were good and their service was outstanding!

Sweet locally owned company run by a couple with great customer service and commitment to quality. The price advertised in 2015 is the price I pay every month still in November 2020 and I've never been nickeled or dimed with extra charges. Taxes are built into the price. If I ever have an issue, when I call, the phone is always answered by the owners -- no automated phone system to navigate to speak to a human. If I need service, it's Gary that comes out to do it. Corporate behemoths like Cox/Comcast/CenturyLink are not your only options and, if you don't have the cable option, much better than satellite. This is the way quality businesses are run.
