“I will never buy my tires or wheels from anywhere else. Although I could save $25 a tire or so by going to Costco, the customer service at Discount Tire is so good it is more than worth to stay with them. They go out of their way to provide good customer service. I recently bought beadlock wheels and tires there and they kept me updated frequently on the order process. When Raceline did not send the center caps for them, Discount Tire called them directly and handled it quickly. When I brought tires in to be balanced they torqued up all my beadlock rim bolts free of charge. They are the Gold Standard for customer service”

“I recently purchased a motorhome and wanted to install a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). In the marketing material and instructions, the maker claimed that the set up should take about 20 minutes. While they did state the having "Valve Stabilizers" on long tire vales is important, that was a topic that they largely ignored or glossed over. They wanted to sell their product and not give any direction about how to go about installing it so that there would be no damage to the tire valve stems or danger to the people ln the vehicle.
After calling a couple of truck tire specialists and being told, "Bring it by and we'll take a look because we will have to figure it out and order some parts. All the stabilizers are different", I got discouraged. I learned about Always Shiny Wheels & RV and got in touch. Jane explained the issues involved and had me correctly measure my wheel "hand holds". Then Jane took the initiative to contact the manufacturer of the valve stems to verify how to handle an issue with how mine were installed using pictures that had sent her.
Rather than selling me two sets of stabilizers, Jane took the extra step for me by doing some research and then recommended that I only need one set of stabilizers. I appreciate that she saves me time, money, and gave me the confidence that I will have it all set up properly without hassle...THANKS JANE!

“I'm a life long Costco tire loyalist. I was 150 miles from home in Tucson when I discovered my tire was totally flat due to a screw. I tried two Costcos and neither could slip me in. I went to the Discount Tire on Oracle, told them they were Costco tires, and they fixed my flat for free. Now that's how you get customers for life. Incredible.”

“Very good service. Quick. Relatively cheap (100$ to mount 4 tires I brought). Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it's quite clustered. Enter on a dirt side street and it's kind of a mission to reorganize and get in and out and all. Definitely come before 3:30 otherwise you're gonna be stuck in a huge cluster of disorganized . But their workmanship was good and they were friendly. Thank you!”
“Always have had good experiences at this location. Stopped in today to see if they had time for a tire balance and rotation. They got me in with a pretty short time window. They are very good about greeting customers as they walk in and trying to get to people taken care of as quickly as they can. I did not feel rushed, and they took time to discuss exactly where I wanted my tire pressure for a smoother ride .They keep things moving in there, which is probably why they do such good business.”

“I was told my rotors needed replaced by another auto repair. But my truck is only 4 yrs old . I took it to Brake Masters in Ahwatukee **. They did a free inspection of my brakes and said they were fine and the pads didn't even need replaced. I appreciate their honesty as they could have replaced the pads or not and charged me, I wouldn't have known. I will be returning to their business for my upcoming oil change.
