“I brought my 2022 Ford 350 Superduty Into TCR II to have some oversized tires mounted on the stock wheels. Sam helped me through process of understanding his recommendations for installing springs and shocks to improve the ride quality with the larger tires. “Very helpful staff! Had a tire sensor issue come up while on a work trip and Pep Boys tried to charge $550 before saying that that they could not work on the truck since it had a flatbed on it. Took it to C&J tire shop and had it fixed within 30 minutes for a much more reasonable price. Very nice and helpful. Got a great price on a new set of tires as well.”

“What a great experience! Had a dented wheel on my wife's Porsche. Hunted around, talked to a couple places, they wanted me to drop and leave it for a couple days. Didn't really want to do that. Found these guys. They said c'mon down at noon. Got there, busy place. Jordan greeted me, said would be with me shortly. Got to watch him fix a really bad wheel. Jeeze, this guy is an artist. He finished, took my wheel and prepped it. And in 10 minutes had the dent out and the wheel super true. Balanced it, cleaned it up and sent me on my way. Happy customer. Great to deal with.”

“I just went to discount tire on 2/9/26 Because my tire was losing air super fast and I couldn’t figure out why. The manager Javier came out to help me and he found the nail in the tire. I told him I couldn’t afford new tires right now if he could just patch it that would be great. He told me my tire was not Patchable because of where the nail was (just my luck) and he REALLY went above and beyond and got me two brand new tires. There are still good people in this world!! “Bobby Is incredibly knowledgeable and was super helpful when he aired up my tires at the tire check station. I have had my tires aired up many times and he literally taught me more about tires in those couple of minutes than anybody else. He told me that I need to be rotating them. He was telling me how full they should be and what they should not be. He was telling me about how my sensors work in my car he knew so much stuff and was really friendly and nice.He was up selling the wiper blades. He was doing his job to the full extent and he was super nice and thank you.”

“I recently purchased a motorhome and wanted to install a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). In the marketing material and instructions, the maker claimed that the set up should take about 20 minutes. While they did state the having "Valve Stabilizers" on long tire vales is important, that was a topic that they largely ignored or glossed over. They wanted to sell their product and not give any direction about how to go about installing it so that there would be no damage to the tire valve stems or danger to the people ln the vehicle.
After calling a couple of truck tire specialists and being told, "Bring it by and we'll take a look because we will have to figure it out and order some parts. All the stabilizers are different", I got discouraged. I learned about Always Shiny Wheels & RV and got in touch. Jane explained the issues involved and had me correctly measure my wheel "hand holds". Then Jane took the initiative to contact the manufacturer of the valve stems to verify how to handle an issue with how mine were installed using pictures that had sent her.
Rather than selling me two sets of stabilizers, Jane took the extra step for me by doing some research and then recommended that I only need one set of stabilizers. I appreciate that she saves me time, money, and gave me the confidence that I will have it all set up properly without hassle...THANKS JANE!

“I have been a Discount Tire customer for over a decade - multiple Scottsdale and Tucson locations - and they always impress. Are they always busy? Yes. Will you likely spend at least an hour waiting for service to be completed? Probably. But that’s the reality of the situation. All the workers, from those working the counter and answering the phones, to those in the shop swapping the tires, are always hustling. They are non-stop people and vehicles in, people and vehicles out. I am always so impressed with the level of customer service I receive given the constant flow of non-stop work. This last time in, I bought new tires and scheduled the install appointment online. I arrived on time, John took great care of me (even greeted me in the parking lot), and they had me back on the road in 45 minutes. I think they all deserve raises. Well done!”

“I was told my rotors needed replaced by another auto repair. But my truck is only 4 yrs old . I took it to Brake Masters in Ahwatukee **. They did a free inspection of my brakes and said they were fine and the pads didn't even need replaced. I appreciate their honesty as they could have replaced the pads or not and charged me, I wouldn't have known. I will be returning to their business for my upcoming oil change. Thank you for not fleecing this senior citizen. ********”
