Holy smokes, these folks are AWESOME.Okay, so long story short, my assignment was to the get the 'rents moved and quick- these folks allowed me to deliver.Mom just had surgery, and had closed on a house. She wanted to get to her new place. While renting a truck, this name popped up on moving help, and I was able to book for general schlepping.I quickly realized that I would need packers, too and reached out to the owner, Josh. He sent me Daniel and Josh, and they were.... incredible. They were hilarious and communicated so well. They got everything I couldn't do packed up. They even recommended that I increase the size of the truck to get the most out of the move. And then the Monsoon hit. The new neighborhood was blocked off, leaving us scrambling to try to get the job done. The team loading (Aaron, Martin and David) were AMAZING. They loaded the heck out of the truck, and I had to send them off to make certain I could GET IN to the neighborhood to unload. ?Between Josh (Owner) and Aaron, we were able to get in, get unloaded, and our guys finished up FAST.To Josh: you have an awesome team. Please know how grateful I am to you for helping me get my folks settled, and they are over the moon impressed with this move taking 2 days for the 2 phases.Thank you for all your amazing help!

I had nothing but an awesome experience with Wildcat. Josh, the supervisor, was professional, communicative and friendly. When U-Haul canceled my reservation the morning of my move, the guys at Wildcat were willing to work around my scheduling nightmare. Once I got a truck, they were able to get my house loaded up into the truck in under the time I reserved them for. David and Martin, my helpers, were efficient and amazing. David is a Tetris master! ? After unloading the truck on the other end, the only thing damaged was a cheap mirror. Wildcat is the reason my move happened on time and the reason my things got to my destination safely…despite my driving!I recommend Wildcat Moving and Labor!

Josh is the owner of Wildcat moving and labor and he was extremely professional and communicated very well before we unloaded from our cross country move back to our hometown of Tucson. Josh brought Aaron and Ernie with him to assist and they all took great care of our valuables. I’m retired military and have made at least a dozen moves and this was the best unloading experience which included a challenging and very heavy gunsafe. Josh and the guys made it look easy. I highly recommend Wildcat Moving and Labor. Cannot say enough great things about them. Thank you, Jim LTC (Ret).

I’m giving this company 3 stars but to be specific I’d give the young men who showed up 5 stars and the management 0 stars. We had a confirmed time of 1:00 pm. This time was confirmed via text one week prior to our scheduled move. We paid for 2 hours. At 1:15 pm, with our UHaul parked in a loading zone, in 105 degree heat, I called and nobody answered. The voice mailbox was not set up. I tried texting, no response. I tried calling several more times and nobody answers. We started unloading it ourselves. At 1:35, 2 young men finally showed up. They were friendly, fast, and hard working. They emptied the remainder of our UHaul in about 30 minutes. So we basically paid for 2 hours of help and got 30 minutes of help with no response ever from the management. I chose this company based on their reviews but I wouldn’t recommend them.

The two gentlemen I had the pleasure of working with were very considerate and prompt. They kept me updated with their arrival time and got straight to work when they arrived. They took great care of all of my belonging. Would definitely use them again.

David and his crew were very careful and efficient unloading our moving truck. They were professional and made sure that the boxes went in the correct area so we didn't have to move them again. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you Wildcat Movers!

STAY AWAY!!!! Booked through Uhaul. Called day before move and stated they were double booked pushing my move time out by 2 hours. The day of the move they called 2 hours before estimated arrival time and stated they were unable to complete my move. I am left looking for another moving service to complete this afternoon before my 5pm move out time.

I would never recommend this company to anyone due to their unprofessionalism and all around poor experience. We hired them through hire4helper because of their good reviews. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground level apartment. We had actually moved many of our belongings over the summer for my wife/son to be closer to family during COVID, so we had significantly less furniture/boxes. However, we did have a couple of larger, cumbersome items including an oversized sectional and a gel king bed that had to be packed in on a flat surface. All the movers estimated 2 hours with 2 movers for the move, which aligns with our previous moving experiences. After the movers arrived, we discussed how best to pack the truck for the mattress to lay flat and I suggested that we pack the truck three boxes high to start. However, the lead mover decided to pack the boxes two high. After packing most of the boxes, we went to move my mattress. The two movers were unable to do this, so I had to help. I would like to note here that while the mattress is heavy, all of our previous movers have managed to do this independently (again 2 movers) including up or down stairs at one of our prior residences. The mattress was placed on top of the boxes, but there was a problem. The boxes ended up taking up too much space for our couch to fit, so they had to be rearranged. This was at the 1.5-hour mark, so it was evident that the job was going to take more than 2 hours regardless of the need to rearrange the boxes. The job took from 1:45pm to about 5:00pm and the boxes only took about 20 minutes to rearrange. Note, this was also with my help for the duration after moving the mattress. Before having to rearrange the boxes, the lead mover was frustrated and cussing. In his frustration, he ended up dropping my $600 night stand from the dolly off the top of the loading dock. I witnessed it fall as was walking back from my apartment. However, the mover did not mention anything about my nightstand, he just packed it in and continued to move stuff. I was disappointed the mover wasn’t going to tell me what happened or apologize. I was also surprised that the job took much longer than the 2 hours estimated for our size home. I understand this can happen, but I have never had a similar experience and was genuinely surprised as much of our belongings had already been moved (estimating at least a third). After the truck was full, I discussed with the lead mover that I had witnessed him drop my nightstand and he proceeded to tell me that he would pay me the value of the nightstand. During this discussion, he implied that he would rather be out the money than have a bad review. This does make me question the validity of their reviews, which is what we based our decision to hire them on. While he spoke to my wife, he also proceeded to blame me for all of the delays with the move. With our past moving experiences, I’ve never felt that I needed to step in. I stood back and the movers packed or unpacked the truck beautifully. In fact, I’ve never had a bad experience with movers before today. I’ve also never had furniture so significantly damaged in the process. I understand things happen and furniture can shift, so we expect that some degree of damage might occur. However, this was a nightstand dropped out of a truck and then the mover hoping I didn’t see what had happened. It felt dishonest. I ended up calling the lead mover again the next day to follow up and he confirmed that he would reimburse me for the damages. Since then I have not had any communication returned or received any compensation despite attempts to contact his boss Joshua Falzone. Overall, this is the worst moving experience I have ever had and I have had several in state and cross country moves over the last 12 years. They could have just been having a bad day, but based on our experience, I would never recommend them and would suggest that you are diligent about documenting everything so that you don’t end up in a similar situation.Service: Packing/unpacking

I’m writing this review to reflect on my experience with Wildcat Moving & Labor. This review was written on 6/9/21. My husband, Timothy (review below), hired them to load a truck for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cross country move. The mover dropped our nightstand out of the back of our truck in a moment of frustration. When I spoke to the mover about my concerns with how the move was handled, he got angry and blamed my husband. I found this very unprofessional. However, we were told we would be reimbursed for the cost of the nightstand. We followed up with them the next day and provided our venmo information at their request. However, we never received any reimbursement and haven’t received any further communication from the owner or the mover responsible, despite several attempts to get in contact. After almost 2 weeks and no attempts to return our calls/texts, my husband finally decided to post a review. I reached out to Joshua myself and left a voicemail that I hasn’t been returned. However, the owner found the time to comment on my husbands review within 40 minutes of him posting it. In his response, the owner states that my husband’s review is “somewhat false. We did damage his night stand and offered to pay and remove an hour from his bill.” He offered compensation yet never made any attempt to pay. In fact, he completely ghosted us. So who is giving a “somewhat false” misleading statement here? And what good is a “offer” if there is no intent/or attempts to follow through? Something to keep in mind - do you want to work with a company that “offers” to make things right or a company that will actually follow through? He also stated in his review “you can’t win them all” and yet from our perspective, no attempts were made to “win us.” A simple phone call would go a long way. Based on my experience, I could never recommend this company. The owner says that the company’s other reviews speak for themselves. In my opinion, his response to our experience and review speaks for itself.*Update to address the companies response: I do not believe anything in our review is dishonest. I feel this company and its employees are dishonest as evidenced by their responses. Being busy is an excuse to not return our attempts at communication for nearly 2 weeks? No further directions were given to us that I am aware of. We provided the venmo information as requested. Why would we not follow directions that would result in a reimbursement? Please expand further upon these directions we supposedly received? We were asked NOT to go through hireahelper, that we would just be paid via our venmo account. We have also filed a complaint via hireahelper and are in the middle of that process as well. I will not be responding further on google, but this response shows the level of customer service we experienced with this companyService: Out-of-county removals

I booked them for 3 movers on Saturday February 15, 2020 and was emailed a confirmation. NOBODY showed up!! They left me in a really bad situation. I had called the owner twice and text msgd, still no call. Thanks for leaving a woman with a young child in a horrible situation!! The WILDCAT name in this town means something. How dare you use this name and disgrace it!!! Save yourself the grief and find other movers
