I called Mark and the team this morning (Monday 8:00am) because we had a shipment that needed to get about an hour south of Tucson and the primary LTL carrier couldn't do it until Wednesday. Mark took my information and Lee called me back in a little bit and said they could have it there by 1:00pm and the price was very fair. They went above and beyond and had it delivered by noon! I could not ask for any better service....it was a big load too. 9 skids weighing about 10,000lbs and they handled it with ease

I was astounded by the professionalism, quick quote, and very fast delivery. I called Friday morning in a dire situation, I received a detailed quote that did not vary and my delivery was made before 2pm to rural arizona. Furthermore Xcel picked up from UPS who was holding my shipment for two weeks until they combined enough deliveries to the drop off location. Xcel had no idea what they were delivering was essential items to combat COVID-19. I highly recommend this company!
