The school is amazing, the director is very good about communicating, the teachers are flawless, and thy follow DES, DCS, and state education guidelines. If I didn't move my kids would have stayed here until they were school age and maybe even after for their after school program.

Best school ever, my son always received the best care and education and he absolutely loved every single teacher. My baby was always safe and well taken care of. The other children are always very respectful and you won't have to worry about incident reports. I miss them and love everyone here. I wish we didn't have to move so the kiddos could still be here. Def send your kiddos here for the best time and great education experience.

I had a terrible experience with another daycare before enrolling my son here. The owner was amazing when I spoke to her on the phone about all my concerns, she was very sweet and reassuring. When I went for the tour my son took off to go explore and play (he never did that at the first daycare). I also noticed how CLEAN it was inside! We are on week three and my son goes to the teachers when I drop him off, he doesn’t cry or look scared. He is excited in the mornings when I tell him let’s get ready for school, he is a blanket baby and he has been putting his blanket away more and more! Which is a huge thing because that is his safety item. ALL the teachers have been super friendly. I recommend this daycare 100%! This is my 3rd child but 1st time I’ve had to put one of my kids in daycare. This place gives me peace of mind that my child is safe and cared for.

I can’t believe how many years it’s taken me to write this review. I could write a speech but I’ll keep it short.
This place is SO UNDERRATED. If you’re a momma on edge from previous day care experiences THIS IS YOUR SAFE HAVEN. I brought my oldest son here after trying and viewing dozens of daycare centers and home daycares. When I found this center Therese totally took away any fear I had leaving my child here. Upon having my second child 6 years later we tried to find a daycare center closer to home (my mistake) my anxieties immediately started flooding back in during our walk throughs.
I went home that day and called Therese - again this is YEARS later- she not only remembered us, but immediately got my kiddo in and made me feel so much better about the process.
My 1 year old is on his first week as im writing this and already runs straight to class when we get here. My now 1st grader, is mad that his little brother gets to come here and he can’t come back. I have a true relationship with teachers instead of just your average hi and bye. Im seeing the same teachers here I did 4 years ago with my first born. I get text updates about him when I’m stressed out.
It’s a true family environment.
This daycare has a true open door. Most daycares will tell you that you can stop in anytime, but then will have you schedule an appointment for viewing.
Not here. You can come any day and any time and you will find staff playing on the floor and sitting with the kids and back rubs at nap time.
A blessing is an understatement.
Thank you Therese and all of your staff for being a village for so many of us!

After two wonderful years, our time at this daycare is coming to an end, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful. Knowing my daughter was safe, well-fed, and cared for every day gave me such peace of mind—something every parent hopes for.
The food is consistently great, the toys and activities kept her learning and happy, and the daily routine helped her thrive. The staff truly cared, and that showed in the way my daughter felt excited to go every morning.
I also want to thank the owner for being available whenever I had questions or needed to talk. I’ve appreciated our relationship and the open line of communication, it made a big difference in my comfort and trust in leaving my child in someone else’s care.
We’ll miss this place and the people who’ve played such an important role in my daughter’s early years. I’m thankful for the memories, the care, and the support we received during our time here.

My son has been at young explorers for his whole life thus far and they are like family. Most wonderful group of women. Highly recommended, and trusted. 😊

My daughter has been at Young explorers for 6 years, and my niece has been here for the last year. I do not trust anyone with my girls, however I can honestly say that I do not have any concerns about Terese and her staff. I trust her opinions and I am confident in her choice of staff. Very blessed to know that when they are at Young Explorers they are safe and well cared for.

Young Explorers Schools has been our choice for infant and toddler daycare for the last 5 years. We highly recommend them. The team is caring and experienced. They are constantly building toward the future by identifying upcoming milestones. Communication is excellent and the owner/director is practical, engaged, responsive, and forward-thinking. The infant space is larger than many. Meals are made on-site with fresh ingredients by folks that know and love the kids. It is a joy to partner with Young Explorers in raising our children.

We really like this place. More important is that our child likes it and she does very much. The teachers are very nice and take great care of my child, I feel comfortable leaving her there for the day.

After my daughter’s preschool shut down (2nd time, second school) with only about a 1 1/2 weeks notice I was not only frustrated but also extremely stressed out due to the short notice. After touring 5 other schools, I found Young Explorers School. Therese was extremely patient and helpful when answering my many questions. To my pleasant surprise during my tour of the school. I found my child’s infant room teacher working there and who has been with us in each of the schools she attended. Mrs Nancy is the baby whisperer, I always felt at ease leaving my little one in her care and was very attentive in giving me updates of my child’s day. Hacking outgrown the baby’s classroom I have loved every single one of my daughters teachers and most importantly so has she. They are all very attentive and take her education and growth seriously. They have a great structure and balanced or educational and fun activities. There has made many changes to the facility since she became the owner and has many more planned. My oldest child even loves attending Y.E.S as the cook makes amazing meals and her teachers are fun. We love being pet of the Y.E.S family and will be sad to leave once my child heads to kinder.

Very nice director; horrible staff. This is a bare necessities babysitter at best. Staff make minimum wage and it shows. My daughter went there andI pulled her out after two staff members started arguing and the teacher went to confront another and the children were left unattended in my presence.

Love, love, LOVE this school! Dr. Fil and her staff are amazing and caring. I feel confident and secure, leaving my most valuable asset, my son, in their hands, while I work. The atmosphere is set up for education, so my son is learning and preparing for kindergarten. While at the same time being cared for and having fun. My son loves his school, his teachers, his friends. I feel like my son will have friends/relationships from here well after he transitions into kindergarten. I also really love how the school does events that gets family involved. For example, they'll do a big Thanksgiving dinner for the families at the school, which aunts, uncles, grandparents are all invited too. We've been going here for over a year, Dr. Fil and the teachers feel like an extension of our family. When my father in law was sick, Dr. Fil had my sons class make him a get well card. Which he loved. He eventually passed away, and Dr. Fil had the kids make a condolence banner, for our family. They're very thoughtful and compassionate here. I can see how generations of families stayed with and grown with this school. They are so great!
