I purchased a ring and, within just two months, a stone had already fallen out. For the price point, I expected far better craftsmanship and durability.
Unfortunately, the poor product quality was only matched by the even worse customer service. I opened a support ticket and received little to no follow-up. Each interaction felt like starting from scratch, with no resolution in sight.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again.

Just wanted to pick up a ring and both people present decided to occupy both computers rather than help additional computers. Would not recommend this location. Other luxury locations have had this figured out for a while, but it seems that this location of Zales has not quite gotten there yet.

He was amazing and very helpful from the beginning to the end of my shopping experience.
