I absolutely loved my experience at Zales, associate Vicky at Tucson premium outlets had such great customer service, she made me feel at home, I very much appreciate meeting such kind souls like hers! I was lost when I walked in the store but she helped me look around and find the perfect ring for my husband, we need more people like Vicky !

Two workers inside the building sitting and looking at us, hours state open at 10 AM, doors are locked and no one came to tell the 3 people waiting if they are closed or what is going on. Guess we will go elsewhere.

Me and my wife went in a bit nervous and not really sure of the process. We were helped by melina a few weeks ago we ended up purchasing my wife’s dream wedding ring and band melina is everything you want in a sales person She was amazing completely helpful made us feel comfortable answered all of our questions! Definitely would shop here again

Kevin and Antonia were awesome! They took their time allowing us to look and ask questions about wedding bands. They even took the time to look at my engagement ring and explain the details of the diamond, and it was not bought through Zales!
