Tusayan General Store is a convenient shop located just outside the Grand Canyon National Park, offering a variety of products for visitors. The store features groceries, camping gear, souvenirs, and a sandwich shop, making it a one-stop destination for tourists in Tusayan. While the store provides a good selection of items, prices are significantly higher than typical supermarkets, with some items costing two times more than expected. For example, visitors can find lunch meats priced around $8.50 to $10, and basic groceries like milk and chocolate bars at elevated rates. Despite the high prices, the store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Although some reviews suggest that there is a better general store within the park itself, which offers lower prices and a wider selection, Tusayan General Store remains a useful option for those looking for essentials and souvenirs close to the park.
This is a really nice general store. Has everything you will need and then some. Pricing varies, but I think they're pretty reasonable. Even tourist stuff is not off the roof in pricing. Nothing much to do at night but that's not your goal here.
