Went into this branch to have them add me to my husband's saving account, we were chastised and belittled like little kids because the meeting time slot was only a half hour. The banker helping us was rude and very unprofessional she spent the whole 30 min trying to find our account and did a soft credit check for no reason we left there very upset and wanted to get rid of Chase as a bank. I set up a meeting at the one on Golflinks Mica was a godsend 5 mins we were there for 5 mins and he got me on the account, also no soft credit check he never once got my social. He was so nice and professional that changed my mind completely towards Chase. This branch needs to have their bankers get more training on the computer as well as customer service, we didn't deserve to be treated this way and they have no idea on how to help. 30 mins with nothing done to 5 mins and exactly what we needed was taken care of is beyond ridiculous. If I could give no stars to this location I would.

The staff at this bank is very kind and does what they can to help others. I was with Bank of America for years, but changed to Chase after my account info was compromised. I am so much happier at Chase.

I have been banking with Chase Bank (Valley National Bank in 1968, then Bank One, now Chase) for more than 50 years. Since moving to Vail in 2020, I have had the pleasure of banking here with Chase and, although I liked and appreciated my previous branches, this one beats them all. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable..

Good luck speaking with someone on the phone. No notary. You need to do everything online. not including a tutorial on how to do your stuff online. A waste of a building

My son just graduated and wanted to open up a bank account. It said online to visit the branch. They said it would be 7 business days before we could get an appt. They also said no one would help us if we just walked in the branch because they only have one Banker. I guess that is why so many people are moving to Chime.

I wish you could select negative stars....sadly I had to select at least one star. There's a very valid reason that the majority of the reviews are only 'one star' (and likely less than that if it was an option).Chase makes it incredibly difficult to do anything with them - open an account, close an account and everything in between. After setting an appointment with Chase to open an account and consulting with our attorney on the process, we walked in with the proper documents and expected to mark this talks off our list. We were asked to wait 10 mintues past our actual appointment time (with 4 bankers and 1 other guest). We were greeted in the lobby and as we stood there we were asked for specific documentation to which we provided. We were then informed that we could not open an account today, that their attorneys needed to first validate the document and that they would call us if they had any questions or needed additional information. They said it would be 2 - 4 days before they would call us to schedule an appointment. We provided her with the name and phone number of our attorney and let her know that they should contact our attorney directly with any further questions or needed documentation. We also politely told them that when someone calls for this type of appointment, Chase should let them know the process, as to not waste our time. Before going to the appointment, we sought council from our attorney to find out what we needed to provide Chase. He specifically told us that we only needed to provide that one document (provided by our attorney) and that's exactly what we submitted. After nine days had passed with no phone call, we called Chase to find out the status. We were told that 'we were going to call you this afternoon (it was 4pm at the time of the call) to schedule the appointment. She then went on to say that while the legal document had been approved, they also needed an additional document. This happened to be the one document our attorney told us that if the Bank asks for it, under no certain terms are you to provide it (or we could jeopardize the safety of the assets) and Chase could be held liable for damages under AZ Law. Hmmm.We offered to bridge our attorney into the call so he could validate Arizona Law with what they were telling us we needed to provide. We were then told that Chase will NOT speak to our attorney but that we could set up a different appointment for a call but that they would not be able to speak to our attorney, but that he could listen to the conversation(?, right?)!The employee of Chase (not an attorney) then went on to say (with authority!) that our attorney is NOT an employee of Chase and doesn't know Chase's policies. I politely explained to her that our attorney DOES know AZ Law, and specifically told us that if Chase didn't honor the legal document we provided, that they could be sued and held liable for damages. To no avail, she seemed to think their policy (which has not been provided to us) trumps AZ Law. (scratching our heads)We went ahead and set an appointment not because we are a glutton for punishment, but to make a point - because we're in it now! Also because Chase is strong-arming us, even though we are following the law. So many times we've turned the other cheek to avoid conflict, but we're genuinely curious to see how this one plays out.Sadly, this is just one example of a very long line of Chase road blocks when trying to manage, access or move OUR own money! Incidentally, after calling our attorney after the exchange with Chase, to discuss the situation, he did tell us that if you asked 30 different attorney's in Tucson, they would ALL tell you that CHASE is the absolute WORST Bank to deal with for ANY reason. Agreed! We'll see this one through for fun and then it's 'So long Chase!' Wondering how many hoops we'll have to jump through just to close our account. Pathetic.

We had waited for a customer service person for over a half hour. Manager of Chase Bank would not let my 91 yr old father use the bathroom for an emergency. They told him. It was 100 degrees and very hard on an elderly man, who was a good customer for years! Very cruel and heartless! Forced to use computer, inspite of no skills! Shame on them, the elderly shouldnot be treated in this way!
