“I’ve been with Nils’ Vail agency since 2008 when I was but a wee babe establishing my ‘adult’ life insurance. I want to provide some heartfelt feedback based on all the stellar experiences I’ve had with all of them.

Since day one, Nils has gone out of his way to explain the ins and outs of the insurance process and my own policies. Over the years, he and his staff have taken care of me as I’ve added coverage, taken a loan from my policy, had billing questions/changes and way beyond. Everytime I hang up the phone, I find myself smiling, even if it was an ‘unfun’ subject.

I also can’t say enough about how kind, amazing and helpful Maggie is. She’s been with the agency for years, and for very good reason. She’s stellar at what she does; Maggie always has the answers! On the off chance she doesn’t, she is skilled and efficient at finding and quickly communicating the information she finds. There have even been times Maggie has reached out to let me know of things I didn’t even think to ask. Talk about going above and beyond!

The office is the perfect example of what true customer service looks like. Real knowledge of the processes, thought out solutions, and an understanding, empathetic and positive vibes for the client. It’s honestly a really rare thing to find in 2026.
