Husband has a beloved classic car that would not start. Mike, Quality One Auto, took great care and diagnosed the issue in a very timely manner. Turn out to be something flunky but Mike did figure it out when my husband couldn’t. He respected the car which earned my husband’s respect. We will not hesitate to entrust the car to Mike again for any future needs.

Brakes went out..... and had an exhaust leak. On a box truck. They fixed both... when others sent us to a mobile tuck mechanic.

Mike is amazing! He explained what was going on without making me feel like he was talking down to me. He listened when I shared what was going on with the car, and he fully explained the charges, which were very reasonable. It was nice to have a mechanic who listened and treated me with respect, which seems to be tough to come by as a female when needing auto work done.

Great place to take your car. He spent about 45 minutes finding the right parts to fix it. He then told me dollar amount for the repair and it was so low that I doubled the amount. Now that's an honest mechanic!

I was having a problem with a cylinder misfiring so I took it to Mike and he had it fixed the same day. Great mechanic and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and I will certainly be a return customer next time I need a good mechanic.Service: Engine repair

I have been going to Mike for years! I had an a/c motor going out in my 2000 Durango. The work required taking the dash out. A/C manifold line was replaced as well! Repairs were absolutely perfect! Additionally; with my 2008 Charger, the previous owner unloaded a disaster on me! Mike diagnost a faulty battery that O'reilly Auto Parts, and Big O kept saying was fine! Big O referred me to an auto electric business, and told me, "it was beyond their mechanics ability to figure out!" Mike figured that out in literally 5 minutes! I have complete faith in Quality One, and feel waiting a little longer for it to be done right, is better than going to these chain businesses, that seem to guess at what the problem is, while your paying for stuff that was NOT needed! Mike also found out the previous "Firestone" stripped my lug nuts, and did not fix issues related to the Charger. (Including the wrong spark plugs for the car! He did all work, tune up, NGK plugs, injectors, plenum gasket, and quality coils. It now runs so smooth, I thought it wasn't on! ?
