The driver who bring my mail never delivers any of my packages along with the fact that when I go pick them up the two women at the counter are rude each and every time. They have to add some snarky remark.

Only open 9-4 weekdays while you are at work and 10-1 on Saturday. No self-service machine like most places. The flat rate boxes are locked up over night. Very poorly managed location.

People shouldn’t have to constantly take off from work to pick up packages that USPS refuses to deliver to houses. The entire parcel locker situation in this area is absurd. It wouldn’t be as bad if this location had hours that were at all convenient for anyone who works.

I have no idea who the "rookie" carrier is for Amazon deliveries is but when you have an oversized package, why would you try to put it in the mailboxes? As a contractor, it gets delivered to the front door of the residence. We really needed our package delivered TODAY and they were too lazy to stop. We literally saw them drive down our road!!! Mail boxes got hit by something and now we have to kick up our mail at the post office in Vail. No one can tell us when they will be fixed, and they don't seem to care. It's inconvenient we work too.
