If I could give less I would and it seems like most of Vail AZ agrees with the quality of the pharmacy service here. Had an appt at 12:45 for my 99 year old grandmother for an RSV shot, get there and stand in line waiting to check in until around 1 pm when a lady behind the counter announces they are done with vaccines until after their hour lunch!!!! MY GRANDMOTHERS HEALTH IS WORTH MORE THAN YOUR FUCKING TURKEY SANDWICH!!!! The pharmacy manager, Janice, needs to be replaced. The whole pharmacy team in fact. We spend a lot of money there on prescriptions and as of today no longer will. So glad the Safeway took us as walk ins and their pharmacy is run much smoother. Put in the complaint with corporate office as well.

The pharmacist is just about as horrible as it gets! she is too slow when doing anythin and she has the worst attitude. Anyone that goes to this Walgreens understands how miserable the pharmacist is. Her name is Janice woods and she needs to be reprimanded for the disrespect she gives to everyone. I have changed to a different store all together for my prescriptions because she has the worst customer service.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. Expect to spend a minimum of 30-minutes in line to be told your prescription isn't available or hasn't been filled yet. It would be after to drive to Benson to fill a prescription.

Like many other people have said, this pharmacy needs to be shut down. Second time now I have gone to pickup my prescription during normal hours and arrived to a sign that said "the pharmacist is out". They weren't supposed to close for 2 more hours and I had just talked to the guy (after waiting a LITERAL HOUR on the phone) who said he would have my prescription ready. Like what?? Now I have to wait till the next day to pickup. People could die with this kind of practice. In the very least they will suffer. Not to mention every time I have ever gone to the drive thru I have waited a minimum 25 minutes in line even if there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Go somewhere else, folks!!

Absolute worst pharmacy. They need to close this place down. People will die waiting for their medications. I have spent too much of my life going to and from this management neglected pharmacy only to learn that meds aren't ready and that I have to wait 30-45 mins after waiting that long in line just to get to someone to help me. This is of course after I get a text and/or a phone call saying that my meds are ready to be picked up. I do have to hand it to them for consistency. This has been my experience every time!

If you're looking for excellent--even just okay customer service, competency, reliability, and trust...PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! This has to be the absolute worst Walgreens Pharmacy that our family has ever used. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! There are terrible pharmacies all over Tucson and Vail but none that are as worse than this one. Truly disappointed in how the pharmacy staff failed to put in our prescriptions three times and then give us an attitude about it...Avoid this pharmacy and do NOT give them your business and hard-earned money. They don't deserve it at all.

Plan on waiting at least an hour for a scheduled vaccination. Not sure what good scheduling an appointment does. Maybe they make us wait until they have enough people lined up? Next time I will just schedule the vaccination with my doctor

If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled vaccinations online for the flu and covid booster for 12:45 pm. The info on their site said to be there 15 minutes early, so I arrived at 12:30 and brought the filled out paperwork they gave in their link. Went to check in and the guy said to have a seat and I would be called up. There were several people before me and some of them had clipboards filling out paperwork. I assumed they had not printed out the info from the online scheduling site. After about 45 minutes I went back to the counter to see what was going on. They said I had not been checked in and they were going to lunch at 1:30 and I needed to come back for my vaccinations. Seriously???? They were having pizza delivered, so I guess that was more important than taking care of a customer who had been sitting there for an hour. When I called later to express my concerns, I talked to two different people and not once did anyone apologize for what happened. All they kept telling me was that they had to take lunch at 1:30. That really wasn't the issue. I get mistakes happen, but at least own up and apologize. I am done with them!

This pharmacy is just terrible. They previously messed up my 3 month prescription and only gave me one month (they said no problem they would fix it next time). Now they say there is nothing they can do but give me 2 more one month prescriptions. So now I have to go there three times instead of one time and I have to pay three copays instead of one. I hate this place. It take forever to fill and to pick up a prescription and now I have to do it three times as often.

They have the vaccine and take appointments online. That is the good news. Do not fill out the form for the appointment online as you will have to do it again there. Also your appointment time is to start the process. Expect more than an hour wait. Is a poorly designed process. Very inefficient. Be ready to relax and have a good attitude. Is a sad a state of affairs

So can someone explain why Walgreens charges $196 for 90 tabs of Rosuvastatin 10mg with a Good RX coupon when you can purchase at Safeway pharmacy for $8.26? This is why I will never purchase prescriptions from Walgreens.

I’m just going to say thank you to the local Vail Walgreens. No matter what time of day I go in the pharmacy has a line a mile long, sometimes they haven’t gotten the meds in yet or prescriptions are delayed. No matter how disgruntled the customers are about the situation, the technicians are always ready with a smile for the next customer. Person after person, that line never gets smaller. Thank you !

This review is only for their pharmacy. I have never had any issues with the rest of the store. Their pharmacy is a chaotic mess. They have people working there that are incompetent and need another employee looking over their shoulder just to check someone in for a shot. So 2 employees checking someone in and it still takes a good 15 to 20 minutes, just to check-in. Twice in the past 2 months I have encountered this. They want you to make an appointment online, okay no problem. You can't fill out forms online (broken links in emails) so we arrived early knowing we would need to do some paperwork. Still didn't get our shots until 30-45 minutes after the appointment time. A few of the workers seem to know what they are doing, but they have to stop what they are doing to hold the hands of the incompetent ones. Get rid of the dead weight!

0 Stars. Will be filing a formal complaint with the state board of pharmacy. Total incompetence! I've called all day when my doctor put the prescription in at 9am! They say they still don't have it. Bunch of liars! This is not a real pharmacy. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Go to Safeway across the street. They have a real pharmacy.
