As is echoed in many other reviews, my experience with this pharmacy was a nightmare. I waited in line at the drive through window for nearly 30 minutes despite having only 3 cars in front of me. Then, when I finally got to the window, I was told that my prescription wasn’t currently ready but they could “fill it right now” despite the prescription being put in by my doctor the previous week. Completely unacceptable service.

I visit this Walgreens frequently to pick up prescriptions, get a vaccination and/or to shop for health and beauty products and seasonal items.
Sometimes I do have to wait in line, but the folks in the Pharmacy are always moving fast and getting to the next customer as quickly as possible. Always patient, kind and helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Twice now I have had an Rx order showing an upcoming delivery date that just gets cancelled - no phone call, no follow up. I am done with Walgreens, this one in particular.

Waited 20 minutes AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW to pick up my prescription. Nobody even greeted me while I sat there waiting until I pushed the button twice. What a joke. Wish we had a better Walgreens.

I dare you to try and find a worse pharmacy. They hardly have items in stock and they NEVER fill prescriptions in a timely manner. My doc sent a medicine in that could be considered life or death and Walgreens sent me a message asking me if I want the medicine now, or if they would fill it later. Who would say, 'eh you go ahead and fill my prescription whenever you feel like it!' ??? I responded that I needed it immediately and here we are 25 hrs later an I have to call to see what the hell is happening. 'Oh we are working on it'. This place is despicable.

Honestly the worst Pharmacy to deal with!!! They never have the meds in stock and then they only have half sometimes which voids the remainder prescription leaving you to have to explain to your provider why you need a refill again soooo soon. They take forever to fill anything. they are unbelievably slow and unprepared. they need to do better.

I am truly grateful for the advice received in using the Walgreens Rx Savings Finder. It reduced my prescription cost from $588.89 to $35! Medicare would not cover that prescription. Thanks again to the Pharmacy associate who assisted me. You are a gift from heaven!!

Not sure what is going on with this pharmacy. A month ago I called to check on my meds. I was told on the phone that the meds were ready. I waited more than 45 minutes in line and once I got to the front, I was told the meds weren’t ready.
Today, I call to check on my meds again (after 6 days of waiting for them to get my meds in), only after I call do they acknowledge the meds are ready. I go to grab them and am once again told it’s not ready. When I asked how that could be the case, the girl scoffed at me and told me she wasn’t sure why’d someone told me over the phone that the medications were ready for pick up. I don’t get how the comms can be this bad.

Walgreens here in Vail, is such a great neighborhood spot, and I’ve always had awesome experiences here. Every time I stop by, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. They always greet customers with a smile and are happy to help with anything I need. Whether I’m grabbing everyday essentials, picking up a prescription, or making a quick stop for something last-minute, I’ve never had a single issue shopping here.
One of my favorite things about this Walgreens is their photo and print center. I’ve used it multiple times, and the prints always turn out great! The quality is excellent, and they’re always ready on time—no delays or surprises. It’s so nice to have a reliable place close to home where I can quickly order and pick up my prints hassle-free.
Beyond the great service and selection, I just really appreciate having this Walgreens in our neighborhood. It’s super convenient, always well-stocked, and makes running errands a breeze. It’s nice knowing I can count on this location for good customer service and everything I need. If you’re in the Vail area, I definitely recommend stopping by—this Walgreens is a great local gem!

I went to pick up my prescription on January 10 @ 5:00 pm. After waiting 20 minutes in line I was told my prescription was not ready. I was told to come back tomorrow by 10:00 am and it would be.
I arrived at Walgreens at 11:00 am. Waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told that my prescription was still not ready. I could wait an hour and it would be ready. I waited but noticed that the 3 people after me also was told their prescriptions were not ready either.
Plus there was one pharmacy technician who waited on the drive thru as well as the inside window!
This is completely disrespectful of people’s time! You need to get this Walgreens more pharmacy help!!!!

I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. A recent encounter with the pharmacist left me in a state of awe as to how uncaring and in compassionate one human being can be towards another. Not a friendly place to get prescriptions.

By far the worst Walgreens in town. No chance on waiting for your script its always min 1hr wait. Just had surgery they messed up and didn't reach out to the Dr about the scripts called in. I was left in excruciating pain until I called my doctor to get it straightened out. Had an allergic reaction and needed a steroid which my Dr. called in on the 25th and they never filled until I called on the 27th. They have people from the front helping due to inadequate staffing that are uneducated and rude and should not be assisting anyone! They lost one of my scripts too. Transferring to Safeway for sure! Better customer service and wait times for sure! I guess the company could care less since there's an over abundance of bad reviews on here. Just shows all they care about is their numbers!
