My storage unit was infested with mice. I was told and I quote " I don't know what to tell you, we live in the boonies " my family pictures and quilts were destroyed. Nobody gave me any disclaimer that this could be any kind of an issue.

Fantastic service! I got a uhaul from here and they had me in and out pretty dang fast. Staff is nice and respectful. If your in the Vernon/concho area, would recommend using them.

No note on the door family emergency no answer to phone. I wasted 2 hrs having to go to another uhaul. Maybe they will treat you better.
