Let’s face it…not many people are happy to stand in line at the post office, right?! The gentleman who has been working at the counter every time I’ve gone is always friendly & keeps the line moving. He also makes it a little more entertaining...one time he even got several of us who were waiting in line to sing the chorus of some classic rock song. It was an absolutely ridiculous moment, but hey, apparently one I won’t forget! Lol

The front desk guy had been there a long time. This usps is open later than most in the area so back in 2020 I made my way over. Had an awful experience. Now that we moved to the area, I asked my husband to drop off a package today. I overheard the way this employee was speaking to my hubby over the phone—still as rude and as miserable as when I met him 5 years ago. If only corporate would do something about this employee’s service.
Not a good look USPS.

December 30 - Needed to return a Christmas package and the worker came from the back to a line (heavy set man with white politician hair) and yelled at everyone in the line to “go away and enjoy their holiday”! He tried to make that sound funny to the entire 5-6 people in line and it wasn’t funny, professional, cute or endearing. Like we WANT to be in a post office line. Just do your damn job and move on with your day.

The male employee behind the counter is rude and disrespectful to customers. I have experienced it several times and witnessed his rudeness to other customers as well. Take the extra time and drive to Litchfield Park or Goodyear.

The white little mail truck broke down in front of my house and all the oil was left behind on the pavement. I’m going to get in trouble with the HOA. Can somebody please help me? The neighbor has it on their ring doorbell app but I don’t want to go there!! I really love the service our Waddell postal service gives me. Please respond with what I need to do. Thank you!🙏

I dropped off a letter here to mail to indiana. letter never left the post office, and was returned to my house ripped apart, being that I only received half an empty envelope back. the contents were missing, and I just received this sad empty envelope and a meaningless apology. obviously nothing can be done, but somebody had to rip apart the envelope and steal the contents at that post office, because I sealed the letter and envelope very well. or it somehow was destroyed, which is kinda pathetic and hard to believe somebody didn’t take the contents. do not drop your mail off at this location, actual insanity.

The worst service. I went to get stamps and gave the clerk cash and put it in their hand. When he was giving me the change from my purchase he put the change on the scale and refuse to put it in my hands... Wow.. how ?

Very rude customer service!! I stopped in to drop off some pre-paid packages at the counter and was greeted with "closed for lunch" comment. I stated that I just needed to drop off packages. The door was unlocked and I didn't realize the time. He gave off a HUGE sigh and said "whatever". This is not the first time he's been rude when I've stopped in. I drop and go. If there was a location closer to where I live I definitely would not return here!

Who on earth negatively rates and reviews a post office!? That’s like rating the DMV. They all have long lines and none of them provide tape anymore. All USPS post offices run off government rules and regulations. This is the perfect place to go if you need to send some mail. Prices are same as everywhere else and they get the job done. What else is there to complain about! At least it’s not the DMV
