I tried to call them about service, but they do not answer their phone, or return a call. I'm not too sure they're still in business!

Shout out to Carla, who went above and beyond in helping me with my service. Her customer service is highly top tier. She was very knowledgeable on products and understood my needs. Cellular One owner, Give her a raise! She deserves it.

Nice company, and setup. But has terrible people working in-store. They got a terrible attitude, and don't know what they're doing most of the time. I recommend just making an online call for most of your problems, they'll save you time and help for sure.
