Wickenburg. Lady that was helping me with a wire was rude, very attitude, if you know what I mean. I needed to correct the amount of money that is being wired to close a real estate deal. Mind you. My money has been sitting in there bank for seven days today.There is a two great people. Chris and Don. They were helpful and friendly.

Drive through service is ridiculously long. She helped everyone in the lobby first. Three people walked in after I had pulled up to the window and she even helped them first. The price of gas is too high to wait in a Drive-Thru 10 minutes.

Chase Bank offers to give $225.00 to new customers if they open a checking account and set up direct deposit. We set up direct deposit within a month and waited to receive the $225.00. After months of waiting, we inquired about this. We were told this direct deposit didn't qualify and we would not be getting the $225.00. Like all other banks Chase wants you to apply for their credit card (which we did), but if are opening an account for the $225.00 don't count on receiving it. Do not take the bait!

I have NO idea what all the bad reviews are about. I opened an account because Wells Fargo closed in my area. Lisa could not have been nicer and the whole branch seemed to run smoothly. Maybe it's just the times with with Corona, fire smoke, etc. The manager came in to meet me personally.Sorry, I don't get it. Best move I ever made.

My son and his wife walked in today to open an account. Were refused because "no more appointments available today". My husband and I were in banking for more than 40 years combined. Never would we be OK with this type of customer service (or lack thereof). Very disappointed. Won't get our business.

So a manager is a neighbor of mine and personally is the very reason we had closed out account with our local bank (we will expand out option with an out of town chase bank asap . for I enjoy their stores ability to obtain the best options ) she rudely confronted us about our investment property during a deposit of ours . We were loyal chase customers until this my family had done business locally until this harrassement due to public circumstance gave the presumption that its ok to harassment and embarress us publicly . we hope chase bank In a separate location will allow us to conduct business with in their institution with out bs. We have the investments to entertain . thank u

Had chase for years never had issues. Came back a few months ago and they are playing games. I had a bill go through early and they wouldn't stop payment on it even though it was still pending. So I borrowed the money it said I was negative. Then two days later I went and looked and my account was -$88. Saying I didn't put $9.36 of the amount that it was originally negative. It should've showed the full amount negative. Shady and I regret coming back.
