I called to get an estimate for a vehicle that had been in an accident that is not drivable. I was told by Sammy that I would have to pay to have the vehicle towed to their place of business in order to get an estimate for repairs. It seems that that would be a way to trap you into getting the repairs done at their exaggerative cost. Because once they tell you the cost of the repairs, you are responsible for the towing for them to look at it. I was all set to keep money in my community and deal with a local business, but this is just not a possibility due to devise custom Coachworks being lazy

Great place but couldn't get to the body repairs on our car for 3 months. They did recommend someone who will able to begin work in 2 weeks.

These folks provide great service. I damaged my 2013 Jetta and they not only expertly repaired the damage but also returned my car to me like it was new. Highly recommend them!

Our Honda was hit in one of the local "crash-abouts". I didn't want to go into the valley for repairs, and I had heard good things about DeVries. Dave and Linda were great to work with. I got a detailed estimate in short order. The accident was not my fault, so they had to deal with the other driver's insurance company. That turned out to be a hassle, but Linda handled it gracefully. I had a trip planned for when the car would be in the shop, so I left it with them. I am fairly particular about my vehicles. When the work was done, I looked it over carefully. I was very satisfied. And they detailed it inside and out, front to back. It was cleaner that it has been since I drove it off the dealer's lot! After driving it for a few days, I had a couple of minor concerns: The steering wheel was slightly off center, and the AC didn't seem to cool quite as well as before. I made an appointment to take it in. In less than 2 hours, Dave called to tell me the car was ready! Now it is perfect. I think the AC actually works BETTER than before. That is a great thing in AZ!I would recommend DeVries to anyone! Good work and nice people!

I had brought my jeep renegade to this shop after another body shop messed our car repair up. The vehicle also had an over heating problem which they had told us was fixed. But it wasn't long before we found out that wasn't true. We had over looked it because they did a good job on the body. We took our Chevy 2500 in to do some mods on the wind scoop on the front. It had been moved around by the previous dealer to accommodate larger tires and didn't look well. I also caught it on a rock and tore it a little more than it already was. Plus bent the metal which supports it. We had already removed the piece before taking the truck in. This would have cost me $200 to fix. This was no collision but more of an upgrade so when found out on our carfax report the car was in a unknown accident in the front end we were shocked to say the least. It made it sound like our vehicle was in a wreck. So a truck that we could have gotten $20000 for now has a dealer trade in value of $15500. To say we are upset is an understatement. All we did was get an estimate and this shop sold us out to get money from carfax for what. I believe people should know this before getting any work or estimates done here. If a rock hit the front of the truck and the hood needed to be painted would this mean the vehicle was in a wreck. This is truly low and dirty to make a couple bucks.
