“I 1000000% recommend Tractor Supply Co. for whatever your repair needs may be. My husband and I were on the first leg of a road trip with our travel trailer coming from Tucson. Our trailer wheel was making a strange sound while driving so we decided to stop and check it out and came to Tractor Supply Co. for grease/tools/parts. Initially, we thought it needed grease and my husband went to get some and came out with one of the associates, Mark, who wanted to see what we were experiencing and if he could help. We jacked the car and greased the wheel but the sound persisted. Mark and coworker Josh came out to help again. Mark had a few ideas as to what it might be and ended up staying past the end of his shift to help us take the wheel off and get into the break drum where there was a loose spring and a faulty adjuster. This could’ve caused the break to lock and the trailer to spin out if we kept driving. We were heading through LV on our trip and had that happened, it could’ve caused us to have a deadly crash along the way. Mark and Josh told us we could stay the night in the Tractor Supply parking lot and recommended some good local mechanics to contact in the morning (it was a Sunday at 4pm when this happened so nothing was open). This was beyond exceptional customer service - Mark and Josh went above and beyond to help us figure out the issue and honestly probably saved our lives. THANK YOU Mark and Josh!”
