“Very friendly staff, Michelle took my phone call and greated me as soon as I arrived. After I presented my script to her, Michelle explained my options, educated me about the product and what it's purpose was and educated me on how to not only use the product but made sure I could use the product myself (as I live alone). Michelle answered all my questions and never appeared rushed (the reason I say that was I noticed the time and it was in 10 mins before closing time). As I was walking out, I was treated by Ruben, who held the door for me as I guided my walker out and thanked me again and reminded me to call if I needed anything. I haven't had service like that in a while and thought this company deserved a written compliment. You won't be disappointed and the price was almost 50 percent less then what Hanger quoted and were very rude when I first called them. Thank you, Again, Accurate! I will definitely refer them to anyone that will listen.”
