Came here to buy one balloon. $18.99… fine. Asked Sheila in customer service if someone can inflate the balloon as they were all partially deflated. She said she would call produce. I saw two men stocking produce. Once she asked for assistance to floral over the intercom, they both walked into the back. When I asked for help again from anyone else else, she said everyone else was too busy.

This used to be one of my favorite safeways. In three different interactions I have had three different rude customer service reps. It's shocking and a bit depressing. I'm not a "the customer is always right" person at all. In each case after questioning their conduct I let them have their way. But this is getting out of hand..

I’m soooooo fed up with this store. I found out that they close the customer service at 7pm on Friday night. I had a few items to return and so I asked a teenage worker about customer service. He was very rude saying “can’t you see that they are closed.” Then, upon checkout I encountered him again(yes I know his name). I had a full cart and he said that there were no checkers available to check me out at 7:45pm and that the registers close at 7pm. WHAT?????? So, I told him that I could not check out my whole cart(at the self checkout) and he looked me up and down to see why I couldn’t check out myself. Again, he was rude and sarcastic and said “you can’t check out your cart?” I should have just left it at that but thought this might be a learning moment for this kid. I told him I couldn’t because of my medical issues. It took him about 20 seconds for this information to sink in and he said OH. As I struggled to use the self checkout, he NEVER asked if I needed help. It’s my bad that I didn’t ask for help, but all I could see were teenagers. As I was leaving I passed by the checkout lanes and there was 1 checker working. I REALLY, REALLY hope that management informs ALL the workers about different disabilities that one can see and others that are invisible!!!

Not trailer friendly, had the sales items didn't come up automatically so I had to fight the checker to get the correct prices. My savings was $20.00. But had to fight for it.Ugh!!!

They are using tanning bed lights in this store it hurt my eyes.. (unless there's someone in the store messing with your store look at your video cameras on 02/4/24..)other locals agree. Apparently they must of recently changed the lights in the store. It caused me headaches too. Hurt my sinuses too. You see waves I tested even putting sun glasses on. My eyes hurt coming to this store, it also left me very dizzy and nauseous. I'm a regular customer for over 8 years here. I don't want to order from online stores for food, I want to come in and choose my food. I guess I have to find another ways to shop. Not a smart move changing the lights you hurt humans with your decision. I went to other grocery store near by the locals were talking about it too.

Bought Ribeyes from Meat Department, you'd think their "Meatcutters" would take more pride in their work and scrape bone dust off both sides of the steak. But they're not real Journeyman meat cutters so.

Seems like their pricing is off, I bought 2 yellow squash there and was marked 1 or 2 dollars and was charged $10 for the both of them. Seems extremely expensive to me?

Deli..fried chicken. Both are very disappointing. Used to get a 8 piece chicken and would have difficulty closing the bag. Now you get a 8 piece chicken and they give you baby chics that do not even fill up half the bag.Sunday November 5, 5:00 pm a full hour before you close.. no baby chicken. We were going to get two of the baby chics because they are so small but you were out. A whole hour before you closed. The people in front of us were turned away... we were turned away ... didn't want to cook baby chics an hour before the deli closed. While we were deciding what to get for dinner two other people were turned away... you sure are not in business for your customers... how many more people were turned away because you people are to lazy to fix another batch of baby chicks.UP DATE... FRIDAY 4:20 PM.. GUS WILL NOT MAKE ANY MORE CHICKEN.. WE WILL NOT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN...

Items missed stocked, then no manager to be found when the customer sevice desk decides to close at 7PM, as if their pricing issues only happen before 7PM. They clearly do not care about their local customers who have to travel to this store.

All the departments were great (Deli, Produce and Meat) but when i went to the self checkout line I had the self checkout attendant pushing buttons on my keypad as I was ringing up my groceries. And all he had to say was dont mind me. Im more than capable of filling out any survey that I am asked to do or I will simply just push the skip button but for someone to come up behind me and start pushing buttons on my keypad is so random and not needed
