“Was in a desperate situation while driving home to prescott when I realized I needed a car trailer do to the fact that my car would not stay running. Made a quick call to Matthew at uhaul and asked if he would be willing to stay open a few minutes late so I could rent a car trailer. Even after him being at work from 6 am to 7 pm because one of his guys called out, he still stayed open for me and my family to rent the trailer for my car so we could get it home.
