“I was in desperate need of an EV charge for my Mach-E at the tail end of a long road trip. Unfortunately the charger my GPS mapped to was out of order, but Tim Kinser and his colleagues got me set up in the back.
They plugged my car in and offered the waiting room and refreshments even though they were preparing to close shop soon. These kind folks took me from anxious to calm and I'm so grateful I stopped here.”
