“The first time we came in, it was not busy, one of the ladies at the desk seemed irritated with us because we were new and were concerned with an issue with our dog's mobility and didn't have alot of info about our dog's previous vet, who has since retired. Since it wasn't technically an emergency, we had to wait an entire month to schedule an appointment, but by that time, he had recovered again, so they didn't see his mobility problem & respitory issue that sporadically occurs. We had thought about going somewhere else, but had thought it was better to try a closer place instead of Surprise. On the positive side, the second time we came in, all the staff were really nice and cared about our dog's needs.”
