Switched to this facility months ago. Very convenient, especially after having visited your doctor. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Would give this hospital 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend cut his finger all the way to the bone and was bleeding profusely and in a lot of pain. I have never met so many rude individuals. Every single nurse was extremely rude and unhelpful. We arrived at 2:15. Called the nurse only a few times as he was in and out of consciousness from pain, yet they wouldn't prescribe medication until he was seen by the doctor. Yet 11 hours later it's 1 am and the doctor has still not arrived to see him. He has been bleeding the entire time. They even brought back individuals with much lower issues before him, such as a UTI & a rash. How do I know this? Because they break HIPAA laws, gossip about patients and tell private information to each other loudly enough for everyone to hear. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior in every way. Do not come here. Go the extra 30 to surprise.

My daughter was taken to this hospital by ambulance on Dec.18, 2022, just before midnight, it only took the ER Staff 4 hours to kill her... and the hospital now adds insult to injury by sending me an over-inflated bill to the sum of $15,638.70. SAVE A LIFE AND STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS DEATH TRAP!!

This is such a clean, professional facility. My husband spent two weeks at abrazo arrowhead for heart failure. It was a nightmare. He came to Wickenburg hospital and has received the best care available. They are efficient, knowledgeable and clean, clean clean. We have all the trust in the world with this hospital.

Called to find out why suddenly I was getting 90 days worth of meds when I had asked for only thirty days at a time because a lot of the time my meds change. I was told by a person named Tammy that if the Dr writes the script for ninety days they have to do it that way. I was informed yes there was a note attached to my record that I am to only get thirty days at a time but now they didn't and to take it up with my Dr. Why has this changed all of a sudden and since you are spending my money does this mean when I have to discard sixty days worth of meds they will reimburse me?

ER department is incompetent to handle traumas. sent home thinking there was only 4 broken bones. when the ER technician put on the soft cast, he did so knowing the foot was still bleeding out. his remarks were, the pressure from the soft cast will stop the bleeding. got home and noticed there was blood soaked through the soft cast and not one, not two, but THREE ace bandages. called the ER department back and was told to ellivate it and the bleeding would stop. followed their instructions for an hour and the bleeding got worse. we decided to drive to del webb where they unwrapped the 3 ace bandages and we were told it was 1 put on wrong and FULL of blood. had been bleeding out the entire time. hemoglobin levels were low and foot and leg needed sutures. after del webb fixed wickenburgs disaster the bleeding was controlled and the soft cast was much more comfortable as the foot was set correctly and not dropped. to top things off, we find out that there are over 7 broken bones not four, a dislocated little toe and a fracture In the leg bone. we will never be back if we can help it and the hospital should hands down be sued for us having to get everything re done at another hospital. the standard of care and the failure to render proper care as well as the mis diagnosis is appalling. sad thing is, they won't try to make this right, or even apologize for their errors.

The ER department is absolutely awesome! We have been their 3 times in the last 2 months. Each time they were all so caring, professional and knowledgeable. By far my favorite medical team! Highly recommend!!

In December 2021 I fell and broke my arm and leg. My husband took me to the ER and I was treated extremely well. I didn't have to wait long before they began the process of determining my situation. The staff was extremely caring. For that I am grateful! I highly recommend this Hospital's Emergency Room.

1-11-22 This hospital tested me for about 3+ hours and I must give the place high marks. There was one error found with my records showing I had high blood pressure when I actually have low blood pressure. That was corrected in the ER records but surprise to me, there are two different records systems. Apparently the two systems do not talk to each other. There have been errors in my records previously so be aware. It's still a good hospital.

Wow what a s**t hole of a hospital. You can be dying (literally) and nobody will tend to your needs. People were up and leaving because they had been there since 9am and at 6pm they were still waiting. We gave up and went to another hospital. Would not recommend.

I've yet to have a good experience at this hospital. Had a fractured elbow and sat there for hours in a chair in the hallway, finally got xrays and was told my elbow was fractured, had it splinted and was told id need surgery to fix it, follow up with ortho. Ortho specialist took one look at my xrays, and said itll heal just fine on its own and removed the splint told me immobalizing it was the worst thing they could of done. Fast forward a few months had a horse accident, was confident I tore my acl (there is a very distinct sound and feel when you tear your knee) told them what had happened, got treated like i was just looking for drugs, by the time they actually got to seeing me my knee was the size of a basket ball and i couldnt move it. They took xrays and insisted it was just sprained and sent me home. Come to find out it was in fact torn and the physical therapy and more from my misdiagnosis from them resulted in further injury to my knee which later needed surgery. Ive gotten to the point i refuse to visit this hospital. Most recently my boyfriend has had some health complications, which has resulted in 3 seperate er visits. The first one fairly uneventful, except the dr prescribed a medication he couldnt have, so when he reached back out to the hospital regarding the medication they were less than helpful, rude, and condencending. The next visit was on thanksgiving night, he was in and out of there in 2 hours (record time) but with no real help, was told to contact his primary dr the next day for pain managment, all well and good except for the fact his primary was closed until monday, Calls in the following day to see if he could get something to help through the weekend while he waits to talk to his primary on monday, gets told that he would have to come back in if he wanted medication that he declined the night before. Hes been sitting there for 9 hours and counting, no food, nothing to drink, and when he asked if he could get a snack they declined and said he couldnt have anything, yet gave him narcotic pain meds on an empty stomach. Well see how long he has to sit here this time to get any sort of help... AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

I don't understand how this place can be called a hospital. Terrible customer service and patient care. I have been to many places for my health and I have to say this is hands down the worst place I have been to. I just paid off my bills and yet I keep getting bills saying please pay this without any explanation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Alway Professional Service From The Staff. Co-Pay Prices Are Very Competitive. I've been going almost 2 years now. For Us it's an Hour \u0026 Half drive one way. And Well Worth the Trip. Wickenburg has excellent Restaurant's, a Safeway \u0026 A Bashes. If you can't make the drive they mail Prescriptions Free To Salome Arizona. We live in Bouse ant the charge was $8.00 (I had 12 meds). But we love the drive, The Nice Folks At The Pharmacy, The Whole Wickenburg Experience.

Instead of having a decent hospital they have a decent gym. Great. Imagine if every hospital followed their lead. They are the worse. Drive to Surprise, Prescott, anywhere. Don't go here.
